“If you put into practice the 6+ things I shared yesterday, and these I share today, you can transform your life for the best in so many wonderful ways! Making positive behaviors a habit is what makes the difference. Do little things consistently every day!
7. Gift and surprise yourself today. Be generous and treat yourself well. Little things count! After today, it won’t be here any longer. It’ll be a memory. Use the day you have to make it what you want. Do this daily. Create positive memories today! Enjoy yourself.
8. Walk, move, skip, dance. Do a little physical activity every day that makes you feel great. Shake it up! High vibe. Do those activities that make you feel energized, alive, and joyful. Think fun. High vibe. Play. Let go and be a little child again. Have fun. Surprise yourself!
9. You are the creator of your life. Accept responsibility for what you create. Everything begins with thought! Thought precedes action. Whatever you create we first create inside your mind. If you hold it in your heads you can hold it in your hands one day. Be positive!
10. Steer back to center when you need to. You do this all the time while driving in your lane. Shift away from the negative thoughts to positive ones. Take charge of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Live as a victor not a victim. Don’t settle for less than best.
11. Persist. Never quit. Remain committed. Those who finish the race cross the finish line. Adjust your plans as you must. Be flexible, but keep going. You will get there if you keep going. Make these a habit. Do them repeatedly, consistently for long enough. A lifetime.
12. Practice the Golden Rule. Think positive not only for yourself but for and about others. Think the best of others. Treat others the way you want to be treated well. Do it even if they don’t. Do it first! What you put out is what comes back to you. Like attracts like. Make it a practice to only think thoughts and speak words that bless, heal and prosper yourself and others.
