By just by spending time visualizing you can enhance your actual performance. You rehearse mentally. All great athletes know this and spend a significant time imagining getting better in their area of expertise. YOU CAN TOO! I hope you use this skill. It is incredible.
On top of this, you don’t need to go to a pharmacy because you are one. Your body produces neuro-chemicals in response to your thoughts. Most likely, however you have never been taught how to use it. In my workshops I’d have participants utilize this ability.
Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge
What we imagine affects or mental, physical, emotional state and the results we get. If you have ever gotten really drunk or high, you don’t need to ever use the substance again. As your consciousness alters you experience a sequence of sensations and bodily changes.
The same applies if you have experienced incredible states in meditation. You can feel that way again simply by remembering the sequence of feelings you went through as your body and altered consciousness. This is true about many things we feel. READ NOTE
It is what you already do to feel depressed, angry or happy. Your body does it outside of your conscious control because you have mastered it. It happens so quickly you don’t really notice it, even though you actually do. You feel the tension mounting. Get it?
What You See – Hear – And Feel – Is What You Get
You notice getting hot under the collar, seeing red, or your palms getting sweaty as your state changes. There is an actual physiological sequence we go through as we change our state. By imagining the sensations, in the order they occur, you can recreate incredible states of awareness, bliss, confidence, and feelings of success. Or you can use it how you have been using it most of your life. The choice is yours to learn to use it to create your best life ever. I hope you will. READ THE FOLLOWING NOTE!
