“People somehow, sometimes, just don’t get it. They think incorrectly about things. For example, you become what you think about doesn’t mean you become pizza if that is what you dream about day and night. It means you may consume a lot of pizza.
It means you structure your life around obtaining it. It means you most likely are a ‘pizza lover’. It doesn’t mean a pizza magically appears on your table or you become one. Get it? It does mean you may forgo other things In your quest for pizza. You live for it.
Managing your mindset and thinking positive means you steer your thoughts to be most productive. You feel better and perform better when you are positive and optimistic. It is true you may motivate yourself at times by being fed up or angry. It does work.
You Become What You Think About Most Frequently
However, being fed up and angry all the time is no way to live. To live well you must think well and feel well. This is why you want to learn to take charge of your feelings and emotions so you run them instead of them running rampant over you. You take charge.
You develop the habits of happiness, health, love, success and wealth because you think and feel and do the things that make those likely and possible. What you think about you bring about! Get it? You design and engineer positive change for yourself and your life.
It really is the only way. Once you begin you can discover how it works. You notice the changes within and begin seeing them without.
