“The second most important ingredient for success and happiness after Respect Yourself is Respect Others. Think and speak highly of others AT all times. Acknowledge, Appreciate and Accept others. Forgive them and Love them. Stop gossiping. Stop envying. Stop hurting others. Love them. Uplift them. Celebrate them and celebrate their success. Expect the best, not the worst, of them.
When you speak of yourself in your own mind and out loud, and when you speak of others, only speak words that Bless, Heal and Help, Uplift, Edify and Prosper. Look for the best inside you and the best in them. Train your mind to see the good in everyone and everything. When you’re able to see the good and ignore the not-so-good your life becomes magical and beautiful.

The Platinum Rule is to treat others the way they prefer to be treated. That means listen, observe, ask and find out how what they like. Don’t just assume they like to be treated the way you do. They might, but find out. Respect means doing it their way.
