“The 2nd ingredient could be the first. Intensity. The intensity of your feeling and desire matters most. The bigger the fire the more it burns. The smaller the fire, the less it burns. You must burn bright. Put a piece of paper in the sun and nothing happens but use a magnifying lens to focus the sun’s rays and the paper burns easily. Intensity is the kicker that makes it all work better, easier and faster. Get this!

FEEL GOOD RIGHT NOW! You want to feel as good as you can feel for as much time as possible. You want your day and night to be spent enjoying the very best feelings you have. You want to feel good right now in your present. Stop delaying. Stop waiting. Take charge and feel good now. Feel it fully and intensely. Hill said you must turn your desire into a white-hot obsession. You can’t be wishy washy.

The more time you spend feeling good the quicker you make your goals come true. The more time you feel good, the more time you WILL be able to feel good. Get this. The more you do the more you can do. You get back great returns on your investment when you think and feel positive most of your time. The more you juggle the better you get. The better you get the easier it becomes and the more you enjoy it.

When you feel great and are passionate and enthused, when you’re eager and are filled with energy, you think clearer and can keep going longer. Your intense feelings make you powerful. What you are passionate about rules you. If you are passionate about fishing, playing golf, cooking, or whatever you can spend long hours engaged and it doesn’t seem like a hardship or long hours. Time passes swiftly.

WHY? Because you are loving it. You are enjoying it. You love doing it. You can’t get enough of it. The same is true for manifesting success, money, a career or anything else. The more deeply and intensely you feel good about what you are doing drives you forward, and you never work hard at it or struggle because everything is a part of the process. You enjoy the challenges because you love all of it. Get it?

Feeling intensely good in the present moment makes everything work better! Some people may think, ‘Well, if I could feel good I would.’ Take charge. Wimps don’t win. Decide you will and then make it happen. Stop wondering how and decide you can. “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are correct!’ You must be the cause of good things happening. Be a creator not a reactor. Get this!

You will never think and feel your best if you expect the outer world to make you happy or better. It doesn’t work that way. The way to get to feel better IS to take control, even when you don’t feel like it, and control your thoughts and feelings. Muhammad Ali said he often didn’t feel like training but trained anyway because he knew he must if he wanted to be a champion. He was in charge, not those feelings.

Learn to do the things to feel better. A few things that help are eat right, sleep right, get enough exercise. Eliminate chemicals and additives. Sit, stand and move with more energy. Get a massage. I shared many suggestions in previous blog posts. It’s WHY you fill our mind with positive thoughts. It’s why you must read and listen to inspiring materials. Garbage in. Garbage Out.

It matters what you digest! It’s why you must visualize your goals as completed and feel the feelings of that accomplishment. It is why you monitor your self-talk to ensure it’s positive. It is why you affirm out loud and passionately who you are and what you’re capable of. It may not be possible to feel ecstasy or joy all the time, but you can spend more time feeling these. Here’s a tip that can help.

Whatever you’re feeling in the present, make it a point to make yourself feel just a little bit better. Nudge yourself in the direction of feeling good. Train yourself to look for, find, feel and enjoy the good. Most people look for what’s wrong or what will go wrong. STOP this. Train yourself to focus on the good, the high vibes, what you are grateful for and positive thoughts and feelings. Accentuate the good.

It is a system of self-management. Put yourself in the driver’s seat 100% and take responsibility for whatever happens good or bad. Take responsibility for managing your thoughts and feelings and for steering yourself in the most positive direction. The more you do it the better you get at it. Put good in and good comes out. Replace the garbage with the good and you get better results. Get this!

Make it a positive practice and eventually it’ll be a positive habit. If for some reason you are really down and out, you don’t have to leap from sad to ecstasy. That may seem too big a leap. Just make yourself feel a little bit better. That starts you on the path to overall well-being. Step by step. You do not have to do it all at once or even in one day. In time, you’ll learn how to feel your best nearly any time.

Celebrate everything life hands you. Even if you don’t know how things will work out BUT expect them to. Be optimistic, not pessimistic. Look at all you are thankful and grateful for. The longer you feel better the better you feel, longer. The more you move yourself to feel better when you aren’t feeling good, the easier it becomes. The more intense your good feelings are, the more likely and swiftly you change.

There is great power in living optimistically and vibrantly! Do what you can do to make yourself feel a little bit better each day. Whenever you notice you’re not feeling great, do what you can to feel better. Take a break, take a walk, get some exercise or some rest. Read something inspirational or chant your affirmations firmly and enthusiastically! Hang around positive people. Smile more! Laugh more. Let go.

Move your positive physical energy in your body by moving your body and your mind in positive ways. The more energy you put into it, the more you get from it. Life IS vibrant and alive. There is more energy in an empty inch of space than in all the world’s power sources. There’s plenty to go around. Energy flows where your attention goes! You are alive! All your trillions of cells are alive and vibrating. Practice this. rehearse this. Do this and you will reprogram yourself for more wonderful positive feelings. You transform more easily and swiftly when you learn to celebrate everything!” More next blog. Rex Sikes
