I love these two Rumi quotes. Consider these words to live by. ‘The spirit is so near that you can’t see it! But reach for it… don’t be a jar, full of water, whose rim is always dry. Don’t be the rider who gallops all night and never sees the horse that is beneath him.’ Reflect on this.

And then: ‘Dance until you shatter yourself.’ Organize what you think and do by it. Wake up and enjoy! Be full, live and act full. Enjoy each moment. Immerse yourself. Go full-out. Live without care. Make this life a playground. Have fun. Sort of says it all, doesn’t it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
