“If Donald Trump were not president he would be indicted along with Cohen but the office he occupies makes it so he does not face criminal charges while president. That doesn’t mean he isn’t culpable, just that he can’t presently be indicted.
THINK about that for a second. THEN consider these factors in my recent video and discover what attributes you need to be a good leader and what elements cause failure. What say you? After watching video comment.
THEN decide how many of these you, and people like Trump and our so called leaders embody. Are you a good leader? Are they? Assess the leadership qualities of those who assume those positions. You may be surprised! Watch my new video 3 part series.

Hey Rex! Great post!
I personally think I would consider myself a more transformational leader. Transcational and autocratic leadership styles are experiencing a major downturn in the economy and research shows that transformational and laissez faire styles are becoming much more popular.
I agree with your video. Courage is the single most important leadership trait a leader should have in my eyes.
I also believe that many businesses can learn a lot from the military. Especially military leaders. Leaders in the miliatry reward people who sacrifice themselves so that others may gain.
In business, many leaders sacrifice others so that he himself may gain.
Thanks for sharing your view! Looking forward to seeing more from you! 🙂
yes yes, why I posted the results of Hill’s study. Not only did he study the original 520 but 1000’s of men and women once he had everything in place. His conclusions then are as applicable today. There are good leaders everywhere and bad leaders everywhere. Knowing what makes and doesn’t make one a good, strong, trustworthy, effective leader is important to personal development. Thanks so much!
