“Do you want to feel better? Would you like to feel loved? Do you want to appreciate your life in different ways? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to notice good things you may have missed? How’d you like to feel more valuable and uplifted? Any of this important to you?
Yes? Then list all the people you’re grateful for. Write down the names of those you love and your friends; those who have influenced you. Remember the times and places and activities. Note these people and strangers who are important to you.
Do it today. Sit and think about this. Keep track of those who have educated and guided you. Think back on how lucky you are they have been in your life. Even those who have challenged you are people you can learn from if you are open and willing.
How You Make Others Feel – Says A Lot About You
List as many as you can. Begin today. Add to your list tomorrow. Who else do you remember? Who impacted you this day? Stay in tune with people and what they mean and have meant to you. Young or old, past or new, focus on being grateful.
Appreciate! Then do it some more. It makes an incredible difference to how you feel when you fill your mind with the positive. You live better, feel better and enjoy more when you are filled with, and express gratitude. Make it a practice to notice and delight in the people you have encountered. Delight and enjoy these memories of special people in your life. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
