“It isn’t always easy to put on a happy face. While it is better for you in the long run to remain positive and optimistic it may be tough if you’re feeling really horrible. The goal of advancement is to always attempt to feel at least a bit better than you currently do.
Move in the direction of health, wellness, happiness, wealth, love, delight, in positive baby steps. Sometime soon you will feel better. Obviously, this is a better practice than wallowing and remaining stuck in negativity. Get it? Create movement in positive direction.
When you feel really bad feeling angry might be better. Get angry enough to say ‘Stop it’ I have had enough of this. I have to make a change. I am not going to take this anymore.’ Just don’t direct it at your self or others, but at the behavior of feeling bad. Understand?
