“You are a broadcasting and receiving station. You put out to the universe from within and you get back what you put out within and without. There are consequences to your broadcasting. If you don’t like and enjoy what you are getting in life, then you must adjust your thoughts and feelings. You must change what you are doing. The laws of cause and effect demonstrate that the results will be the same for the same cause, intended or not.
If you do the same things repeatedly you will get the same things repeatedly. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing again and again while expecting different results. SO, whenever you become aware enough to notice you don’t like the results you are getting, creating or attracting, you adjust your thoughts and feelings. Whenever you notice yourself thinking or feeling less-than-gloriously. It is an ongoing process and a habit.
Your habits hold you hostage. Your bad habits keep you repeating the same thoughts, feelings and behaviors until you change them. You can, but it means you become aware and do something different whenever the habit begins to run. It begins outside of your consciousness. Good and bad habits are reliable and automatic. You don’t have to think about them, they’re wired in. It’s hypnotic rhythms, or unconscious competence. Wisdom matters.
DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF
Since that is true, develop the best habits so they govern your life automatically. Notice when what you’re doing brings you a result you don’t intend and adjust. If you find yourself thinking negatively, shift to positive thoughts. The goal is to feel the best you can most often. The concept of vibration gives us a way of calibrating when we’re on or off track. Feel wonderful emotions at the right time. Promote, enhance, enjoy, and nurture them.
Feel not-so-wonderful emotions – stop, take a pause and shift to wonderful, positive thoughts and feelings. Recognizing when you are on and off target provides you a means to change. BUT you must notice and then act. If you know what to do but don’t do it, nothing changes. If you want your life to change, you must change some of the things you are doing in your life. If you do the same thing over and over, you get the same results again.
SO, rehearse what you want. Encourage it. Notice when you’re getting something you don’t want. Stop. Pause, take a break. Then begin thinking, feeling, saying and behaving what you do want. Stop. Shift into the positive, resourceful feelings and behaviors. You vibrate high or low. You broadcast and receive positive or negative energy which affects how you move in the world and what you attain or get back. You’re responsible for the results.

If it isn’t an accurate reflection of what occurs it’ a useful analogy which helps you to transform from less-than-glorious to glorious more frequently. Develop the habit. Embrace this concept and practice so you can better monitor yourself to stay on course. You get what you focus on. You become what you think about. You are known by your actions. You are either mostly positive or not. You either mostly feel good or you don’t.
When you feel happy, you feel lighter than when you feel sad. There is more energy in anger than in lethargy. If you want better results it’s up to you to attract and create them by who you are, and what you think, feel, speak and do, to get the things you want to have inside and outside you. Develop positive habits. Develop good ones! Hypnotic rhythm, or unconscious competence works whether you want it to or not.
Whether you believe in it or not. Whether you agree with it or not just as gravity works regardless of how you feel about it. You either are controlled by and a victim of bad habits OR you create good, wonderful, powerful productive habits to be controlled by. It is a choice. It requires your attention to make it. If you do nothing, nothing changes. Act! You must make the correct choice many times until that becomes a positive, useful habit.

It doesn’t come from wishing, wanting, hoping. It comes from applying yourself and creating the difference within. If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got BUT change it, shift to the positive and you can begin getting better, more desirable and wonderful results.
