“Why do I tell you to do this? Write your goal down. Be specific as possible. Put down what you want to be like, what you want to do and have. Be realistic and yet, think and dream big. Stretch yourself. Make what you want so important to you that you’d do anything positive and legal to make it happen. Make it a white-hot obsession. Be passionate and enthusiastic for it. Why?
Because writing down your white-hot inner obsession is the first step in making it real on the outside. It goes from thought to pen and paper. You take an action on it and with it. It is from within to without. We move the energy from thought to tangible creation. That paper you hold is the first tangible 3D reality version of your thought. You are taking the first step in making it real.
There are no unrealistic goals just unrealistic time frames for them to be accomplished. Since I am not proposing magic, or wishing or dreaming something into existence, make it real. You can wish for a million or more dollars but can you truly believe you will get it today? For some, yes perhaps, for others no. If you can’t believe it, it’s unlikely it will happen as you hope it will.

Why? Because you are hoping it will happen but not certain it will happen. You are wanting and wishing, perhaps desperately, but you aren’t convinced you can make it happen or that it will happen. You can get pretty much anything you want when you believe it is both possible and plausible. It must be realistic and have a realistic time frame. That isn’t a limitation, but a guide.
Could it happen within a day or a week? Most surely. Is it likely? Perhaps, not as much. Especially, if you don’t do anything that day or week to make it happen. When you believe you can do it, accomplish it and make it come true, then you open the door for your creativity and resourcefulness to assist you in making that happen. If you can do it then the question is, will you?
If your goal is unrealistic to begin with and you can’t actually imagine yourself getting it, then pick something you are able to readily imagine having some day. Find something you can easily entertain thinking about and getting. Choose a different goal, something you really want that is important to you, but not necessarily your biggest goal to start with. Smaller, yet significant.

A goal should be small enough to attain but big enough to be worth it and stretch you. It could in fact, scare you a little bit but not blow you out of the water. If you think it’s impossible you won’t pursue it successfully. This is important. These things don’t happen without you making them happen. You are involved in directing your energy to bring things about. You are the source.
The universe conspires with you when you set the intention. BUT if your intention is murky or you doubt it and don’t pursue it the universe conspires to be more murky, doubtful and unfulfilled. Get this. The universe takes its cue from you. It responds to you. You are the cause and it works with you and for you whatever intention you set. Good or bad you get what you put forth first! Get this.
You make things happen or you don’t. You attract things or you don’t. You direct energy in positive ways or you don’t. You think positive or you don’t. You think you can or you don’t. You either will or you won’t. GET THIS! ‘If it is to be, it is up to me.’ Work on this other goal first if necessary. Write it down. Notice, do you feel eager and excited about it? This is important. White-hot. Eager. Excited.

Enthused. Positive. When you think ‘I can have this’ do you actually believe it’s possible? IF the answer is emphatically yes, without any hesitation, use this goal as your starting goal. It should be exciting to pursue. If it is lackluster you won’t go for it. You won’t persist in doing it should the going get tough. You make it happen. This means you do it and keep doing it to make it happen.
Once you attain this goal happen you can work your way up to the larger goal by picking up wins and successes along the way. As you build a successful track record everything becomes easier and even quicker. So, start with an exciting first goal. Once you get it, move on up the ladder of larger and larger goals. Why is this important? You build confidence in your ability winning along the way.
You gain experience manifesting what you want. You become competent not just confident and this matters. So, practice manifesting. Practice making things happen. Practice directing your thought and energy in positive directions. This may be an important first step realization for some people. Become the type of person for whom creating what you want is easy. Directing your energy is easy.

When you think about what you want you should feel wonderful, eager and excited that you will make this happen. I repeat, if you can’t feel like that as you consider your goal, then choose one you can feel this way about. Work with this second goal first. It should be something you believe you can have. You believe you can make happen. You believe you deserve. Get this mindset?
You want to become certain you can do this and have this. Believe you can have it. That’s why the first inner work originates with your thoughts. If you can’t think it right, you won’t think it right. You must learn to control your thoughts. Focus your thoughts. Set directions and chart your course. Your thoughts must produce the incredible feelings that make it happen.
Your thoughts must produce the incredible feelings, the vibration, the frequency and the energy that helps you make it happen. You must align your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to get the results you are passionate about. Get this. Then the universe responds and conspires to help you make it happen. It begins with thought. Thoughts become things! You get what you focus on.
