“A mastermind group is NOT a group of collected individuals who pay, or for free, join to learn something from a coach. It is not a brainstorming public session. This is what is typically offered as a mastermind, it is not, but coaches erroneously use the name.

A mastermind group is a group of powerful positive creators who align their thoughts and efforts into making things happen that they could not do independently of each other. They are a valuable team and are incredible assets to each other. They are top shelf.

They come together, or are brought together, for a specific purpose or Definite Chief Aim. Each person in the mastermind fulfills a specific purpose, has a particular talent and plays a particular role. It isn’t a collection of just anyone. It is a purposeful, specific assembly!

Cooperation Is The Conviction Nobody Gets There Unless All Do

They support each other in remaining positive and doing their tasks the very best.  They inspire each other to reach higher. They remind and uplift each other at all times. They work together in cooperation and harmony to bring about a specific result.

One person oversees the mastermind. This person ensures they are in harmony and on task. If anyone is not, they may be invited to leave or be removed. Again, this is not a think tank or support group. This is a specific assembly designed to make something specific happen!

Andrew Carnegie assembled people to build his steel empire. Henry Ford to build an automobile business. The mastermind is comprised of select people whose vision and purpose is to support Carnegie or Ford, or whomever, in their Definite Chief Aim. It is a select group!

It Takes A United Cooperating Orchestra To Play A Symphony

Members all need to be on the same page, share the same vision and mission, working together in harmony, bringing to the task their specific talents and expertise so that together they can realize the Definite Chief Aim for which they were assembled. To get results!

Today, everyone calls their groups a mastermind. They are not! However, whether or not you have an actual mastermind group to make a mutual shared DCA happen, you can still enjoy achieving better results when you have a positive support group to assist you.

We are resources for each other. Remember, this concept of the mastermind group: the whole IS greater than the sum of the individual parts. You can be more imaginative and creative and bring about more good together than you may do by yourself alone. Work together cooperatively in whatever you do and you will get further faster.
