“My two-cent bottom line for staying safe and sane: forget watching a daily death count. It’s not good for the psyche BUT do that which keeps you safe! Wear masks, social distance, stay in as much as possible, wash hands AND practice good health and hygiene.
PRACTICE good mental health. Stay positive and optimistic. Find things that make you happy and filled with gratitude. Learn how to occupy yourself positively. Stop obsessing about things out of our control. GO FIRST! PRACTICE health and safety for you and others!
I’ve lost many many friends and friends family members to covid. Lots!!! Those who survived 99.8 %, if I can claim a percentage, said ‘you never want to get this!! Never ever!’ .2% said, ‘didn’t notice anything’, ‘not so bad’, and ‘I was lucky’ or something to that effect.
Spend Time Affirming Life And Health – Not Illness And Death
Whether thousands are getting sick or not you don’t want to! Take care of yourself and by doing so take care of others too. We will get through this eventually. Stay safe, healthy and happy. Economies and cultures collapse but can rise again. Dead people stay dead!
You don’t want to end up with life long complications as a result of contracting it either. And lastly, let’s pretend this is some oligarchy deep state conspiracy to control people worldwide. I’d not worry much about this, if at all. Get it? Learn life-affirming practices!
Governments lie. Consider who has been our government for the past four years. Stay alert. Get the best, most reliable, vetted, expert information and be safe rather than sorry. Cults lie. Religions lie. Schools lie. Your children lie. Parents lie.
Be Obsessed With Positive e Affirmations Not Stats And News
People with good intentions may lie. Concentrate on what you can control: your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and not on that which you can’t control. Stay focused on living your best life even is less than ideal circumstances. Make the best of a bad deal. Get it?
It’s not worth risking getting sick and possibly dying to protest it. If it’s all a hoax we’d be wise to be vigilant and practice safety just in case. Be smart. Be wise. Vet the information you receive. Don’t be gullible and don’t be stupid. Listen to experts and decide.
In a calamity people used to cooperate to help. Raise a barn, welcome a new community member, rush in to help during 911, rescue a person or animal in danger. We need to cooperate to keep each other safe and healthy not cause more harm for ‘freedoms’.
Don’t Die To Be Right – Live And Help Others Live – Be Wise
Stop. Don’t make your obsession illness, death or statistics. Do life-affirming practices in the face of illness. Practice gratitude. Stay positive and optimistic in spite of what is going on. YOUR attitude is the number 1 predictor of success, happiness and health and healing. Is it a good attitude? I sure hope so! Stay healthy for your family and friends. Help them stay healthy too. You can celebrate during this. Yes, you can. Learn how and do it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
