“Remember, the amount of time you spend devoted to your personal happiness and your personal and professional goals makes a difference in how easily attainable these are. How you spend your time IS crucial. A plant is either growing or dying. It’s either feeding or starving. Are you feeding and growing or starving and dying? Evaluate your moments each day. How you spend your time is important!
How much time you devote to your intention or goal and how good you feel while spending that time are the two important ingredients. Some people think they’re focused on what they want but feel bad when they think about it. Two things are possible. 1. You’re focused on what you DO NOT want. You are focused on what you want to avoid or get rid of and not what you want.
You must change that if that’s what you’re doing. 2. You’re thinking about NOT HAVING what it is you want. Some people don’t realize they are focused on lack. They think they’re focused on what they want. They believe they are focusing on what they want but instead they think mostly about what they don’t yet have. They notice the distance between where they are, and their goal and they feel despair.
I repeat, they believe they are focused on what they want but they are either focused on what they don’t want, or they doubt that they will get what they want. They don’t believe and feel certain they’ll get it. Instead of creating certainty they are unsure, uncertain, doubtful, fearful, hopeful and wishful but they aren’t focused on feeling the wish as already fulfilled. They feel as if it’s not yet fulfilled.
You don’t move uphill thinking downhill thoughts. You can’t want something and feel bad about not having it and expect to get it. You can’t look at the gap of not having and feel great. You can’t be focused on how far you’re from the finish line. You must focus on winning the prize and how great it feels NOW that you’ve won. You must imagine having it before you have it. Otherwise, you’ll have what you got.
What YOU are already creating IS your present experience with all the good, bad, what’s included and what is absent. To have the best you must feel the best and give you best before you experience having it. YOU travel in advance of the world. The plant is growing beneath the surface. It’s yours. It’s growing. It’s there. It just hasn’t appeared above ground yet. Get this! It’s already yours but invisible!
Some people want to speed read as many books as possible to get all sorts of info. It’s not about how fast you do something. It’s not about how quick you get success. It IS about HOW MUCH TIME YOU DEDICATE TO getting what you want. It’s better to devote a half hour of concentrated focus on your goals than to be hasty. It’s better to spend 60 seconds multiple times during the day than hours of doubt.
Still, it’s important to consider the climate. It’s either hot or cold. The soil is either mostly, or all nurturing, and the PH appropriate for growth, or it is not. You don’t want to be poisoned a little be daily. Yet people allow their thinking to be corrupted in that fashion. A small leak in a boat can sink the boat. You want to create the best climate, the best soil to grow your goals and dreams. Get this point!
The quality of the time spent makes the difference in your ability to reach your goal more readily and easily. It takes time for seeds to sprout and plants to grow. It takes time to get what you want so the question is how are you spending the time IN the meantime? Quality over quantity. Make sure whatever the quantity is, the time spent is quality time. The more quality time, the better. Monitor your mindset.
A plant is either growing or dying. You are either mostly positive or mostly negative. To get what you want as soon as possible you need to be mostly positive most of the time. You can add in positive practices bit by bit. You can make it a point to begin and end each day well. I have given you some ideas for this in other posts. I’ll share the 2nd ingredient in the next blog. Monitor your mindset! I repeat.
