“If you start transmitting a new signal, you’ll soon attract more of that same kind of signal that is compatible with your new signal. You’ll first attract like thoughts and begin to build up more positive mass. AND you’ll also begin attracting other people, events, and experiences that are compatible with your new signal. Hold the new vibration consistently for long enough, and you’ll see your whole ‘reality’ change all around you.

Reality is just another way of saying YOUR version of what is but we think it is something separate from our creating it. We create our reality but think it is somehow independent of us. It isn’t and we can steer it, engineer it or transform it by who we are and what we do. You can apply this approach by visualizing your goals daily. Visualize your goal as already fulfilled so you can feel strong emotions.

An emotional shift indicates you’re broadcasting a new signal. The longer you hold this new vibration, the faster your reality will shift. Adding novelty helps. You change what you see, hear, feel, speak and do. You change places or go to different places. You shake things up a bit Not too much you aren’t trying to create chaos but expose yourself to different positive opportunities, resources, possibilities, people, places, activities and things.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Some of this will feel unfamiliar or even at times uncomfortable and that’s okay. It only means it is not familiar and not your routine. Eventually you’ll start to integrate those new signals, and your own vibrational pattern will shift into harmony or resonance with the new adventures, events, circumstance, places and people. Travel. Meet new people. Try on new clothes, jewelry and other things that isn’t ‘you’. Experiment, explore.

Hop in an expensive car. Enjoy what it feels like. Dine in a place you always wanted. Do some safe, fun positive things that expand your version of reality and provide fun and delight. Celebrate. When you change the signal you’re broadcasting, the things you receive change. Broadcast fun, enthusiasm, curiosity, positivity, delight, joy and you open to new opportunities, possibilities and resources which can add immeasurably to your wellbeing.

Be willing to explore. Eat using your other hand. Shower and wash yourself in a different order. Brush your teeth using the other hand. Get dressed in a different order. Sleep with you head at the foot of the bed. Again, this will seem unfamiliar at first. That’s good! It means you don’t normally do it that you’re your brain will love you for it and the more fun and delight you have the higher and more positively you vibrate.

Becoming curious, becoming fascinated, becoming flexible, becoming willing, exploring more, expecting the best, feeling gratitude and encouraging and nurturing the energy changes by adopting new positive patters  helps to create a lasting change in your vibrational pattern.
