One thing you can do is STOP, from time to time, during the day, and check how you feel. Stop and notice! If you are feeling less than glorious examine what thinking you have been engaged in that is causing the less than glorious feelings. Then choose better thoughts.

Shift your thinking to positive thoughts. Your feelings are signals that you are off base. You are focused on what’s wrong or what you don’t want. Change it! All you have to do to feel better is shift your thinking. Change your focus! Make it a point to feel a bit better.

Eat The Elephant One Bite At A Time – Drop By Drop Tub Fills

Just move a little bit in a positive direction. You don’t have to feel incredible, just a little better. Drop by drop the tub fills. Baby step by baby step you can conquer Everest. If you do this you will become aware of what bothers you and holds you back. Notice and let go.

Then you must shift your thoughts, your attention and your energy, in a positive direction to feel better and get better results. If you don’t you will stay stuck feeling bad. STOP, drop and change. Notice what else there is to put your attention on. Look for the good.

What are you grateful for? Who do you love and appreciate? Find the things in your life and in your present moment that you are thankful for. Put your attention on good things. Keep it there and move forward. Repeat as necessary. This is how you transform from stuck to resourceful in the present. This is how you begin to design your mind and your experience.
