“How’s your week been going? Sorry if you had a hard week. Hope you make it better. Hopefully, that’s what you’re learning to do. You want to learn how to change the not so good to the better. That said, I know it can be a struggle sometimes. Sometimes.
That’s why we must consistently apply the practices and principles I have shared with you. Each of us needs to ‘wire in’ these positive practices to make them a reliable, positive set of habits that serve us in living the life we want. To do this requires time and commitment.
There are really only two choices. Either you live the life you design and create for yourself, and create your best life ever OR you live a life by default, haphazard, random and at the whims of circumstance. Power comes from exercising the choice to live deliberately.
What We Hope To DO With Ease We Must First Do With Diligence
You must decide to consistently choose to live positively now and in the future. You must learn to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to get the results you desire to get. It won’t happen by accident. It will only happen if you decide to make it happen!
Tough times are necessary to help us learn to overcome difficulty. We learn how to get through them and master our own talents and abilities, to manage our thoughts and our feelings, our moods and our behaviors, but only by navigating thru tough times successfully.
Tough times are blessings in disguise that help us to learn how to live positive, free, confident and with self love. This way we create the best life ever. Step by step, by overcoming challenges, boredom, and negative feelings. We take charge and learn to master our moods.
The More we Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing
Mastery comes from the constant application of the principles you need to learn to create good habits. It takes time. There is no substitute for persistence, commitment and the time it takes.
The ability to do anything, every skill you learn, means you must do it correctly – repeatedly – consistently – for long enough until it becomes a reliable, unconscious and automatic habit.
Once it becomes an automatic reliable unconscious habit it means we don’t have to think about it but we automatically do it because it’s a part of us. It is a habit. We can think about it, decide to do it, or find ourselves behaving positively and productively spontaneously.
Skill Comes From Doing – Correct Repetition = Mother Of Skill
That only comes from making it a habit. It works the very same way you learned how to tie your shoes or to write your name or to read a book. You had to do it correctly, consistently, repeatedly, for long enough. You had to talk yourself through it until you didn’t need to.
Stick with it and you will create your best life ever. You do it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute through the weeks, the months and the years. You transform yourself by committing to yourself. There are difficult ways to do it and fun and easy ways to do it. I’ll show you how to enjoy the journey all along the way. Join me.
