“In order to transform yourself and your life the preponderance of your energy, your thoughts, feelings and words must shift from the negative to positive. You get what you think about most frequently because energy flows where your attention goes. Thoughts become things. You get what you focus on because what you focus on expands. Everything is energy.
Either positive or negative but it is all energy. Which do you have most of? People experience negative problems and troubles because they affirm while angry and raging. Many create more negativity and problems because most of their moments are spent feeling negative. They affirm it by what they say. People, maybe you, keep affirming lots of negative energy. They assert it is crap.
They declare the crap, so they continue to perpetuate the crap. Do you? If you do, you continue to create the crap! Be aware of the reality you create by what you think, feel, SAY and do. You create all of it! People ask wrong questions. People ask questions like ‘how long will this take’ rather than ‘how soon can I get it?’
You Become What You Think About Most Often
‘How come nothing ever works out’, instead of, ‘how soon will I discover everything always works out for the best, even if I don’t yet realize it?’ ‘How come I am so stupid?’ They ask all sorts of ill phrased questions. Have you? Do you? They make all sorts of ill phrased declarations. Do you? Understand the power of your declarations inside and to others.
They think and say things like ‘I’d die for chocolate’ or ‘that’s a real pain in the ass.’ “I always screw up.’ ‘I’ll never get this right.’ ‘It is hard. Easier said than done.’ I’ve tried everything and nothing worked.’ etc. Do you want to change? Would you like to transform? Are you stuck and need a new way to be? You can change!
Remember, speak only to bless, heal and prosper, inspire and motivate yourself and others! Ask Directed Questions™ which direct your mind by distracting your conscious mind and going straight to the subconscious. Shout your affirmations enthusiastically. Positive ones work best when you’re passionate.
You Become What You Think About Most Often
Most of people’s negative comments come charged with emotion while many of their positive ones are lackluster. The explode and say, ‘I’m f’d!’ but when they are happy the wonder how long it will last and weakly think ‘great.’ Understand this and you have an important key. Affirmations work when driven by large emotion whether negative or positive.
You will begin changing when you become positive, find the good, discover gratitude and celebrate everything enthusiastically. Feel wonderful more often. Use your attention to direct your energy to feeling good more of the time. Celebrate everything And I do mean Celebrate Everything!” Rex Sikes
