Learn to let go and relax. Learn to release mental, emotional and physical tension. Stress and tension limit your ability to behave in smart ways. Tension reduces your ability to see, recognize and utilize opportunities that come to you. You miss them!

When stressed the brain puts the human into a fight or flight mode. It reduces blood flow to the areas you use to recognize opportunity. Physically it limits your vision so you only pay attention to the ‘threat’ and it pumps adrenaline so you can fight or flee.

When You Try To Control Everything You Enjoy Nothing – Let Go

Living with chronic stress takes its toll in all areas of your health and well-being. It creates inflammation. To heal, find a daily practice that allows you to destress, let go, and find peace within. A good practice is to simply sit, and breathe slowly, in complete silence!

Silence and meditation are healing. Progressive muscle relaxation is healing. Relax your muscles from the top of your head to your toes. Let go of people and circumstances that overwhelm, frustrate or stress you. Learn to forgive so YOU are free. Let go of anxiety.

If work or career stresses you, take moments throughout the day to let go, relax, and breathe. Go somewhere private for a few moments to release the less than glorious emotions. Let them all go. Relax body, mind, emotions and spirit. Get up. Go somewhere. Get free.

Stillness Is Where Creativity And Solutions Are Most Plentiful

Spend some time during each day and before bed learning to release, refresh and renew yourself. You’ll work better and smarter and be more equipped to pursue your goals. You’ll spot important opportunities you’d otherwise miss. Your mind opens up to them.
