“Too many people make big things from the little things that annoy them. They turn molehills into mountains. Their way to enjoy life more is to let go of the things that bother us and get us angry or down. Release them. Stop putting energy into them by thinking and speaking about them. Let them go. Withdraw that energy. Energy flows where your attention goes. Do this instead.
Make big things from the little things that delight you! Think about and speak about what pleases you and puts a smile on your lips. Focus on what you are thankful for. Accentuate the positive. Smile more. Laugh more and you will delight more. Genuinely express gratitude. Pat yourself on the back when you move in the direction you want. Treat yourself gently when you don’t.
Whenever you find your focus on the negative or the less-than-glorious, shift it back toward the positive. This is THE skill worth developing! Become aware when you’re thinking and feeling other than positive or the best you can and intentionally change it for the better. While some think it may not be possible to feel blissful 100% of the time but you can feel better at any moment.

Whenever you become aware of feeling less-than-glorious, commit to making yourself feel just a LITTLE bit better. Even a little bit is better than not at all. Inch yourself into feeling better little bit by bit. You may not be able to leap into glorious feelings, but you don’t have to remain stuck in a horrible place either. Think about and express what you are grateful for and love. Smile some.
Notice when you do this you can change yourself. You can better navigate the world as it changes. As your awareness increases your belief in yourself increases. You are now beginning to experience a change of attitude by becoming aware that you do have the power to transform yourself and your moments. By finding what to appreciate your appreciation for you increases.
Believe in yourself. If you don’t have it, begin to learn how to develop it. Develop confidence. Develop a powerful and positive attitude. Everyone begins somewhere. If you are deficit in any area now is the time to change that. Once you believe in yourself you come to realize your ability to create the kind of person you want to be and the kind of life you desire. It’s up to you!

You can choose to create what you want and STOP creating what you don’t want. You understand you must focus on becoming who you already are and your desires. Not on what you want to avoid. Focus on what’s good and what is wonderful. Stop complaining and criticizing yourself, others and the world. Believe you can and you will! ‘If it is to be, it is up to me’ is your motto.
Instead of complaining and whining, do something to change whatever needs changing. I’ve been sharing with you and others for decades how to do this. If you aren’t changing the way you want it’s’ not because the pathway or the guides aren’t available. It’s a choice you have been making whether deliberately or not. The moment of change is always here and now. If you want it, do it.
You are not god creating the world but you are a powerful resourceful person who can succeed and be happy if you want to. You can find a plan and find the way. Challenges are just part of the process. Because you believe strongly in yourself and expect to succeed, you become unstoppable.
