“Stop blaming yourself. If you did some wrong to another person, or yourself, correct it and move on. Blame doesn’t change anything. Stop blaming others, as well. Take responsibility for your thoughts and actions. Be accountable for your actions. Make it right if you can.
Instead of criticizing yourself for a mistake, pat yourself on the back no matter what. You did the best you could with what you had at the time. What you didn’t know, you didn’t know. Do you understand this? Yes, it might have been different but it wasn’t. Love yourself.
Stop judging yourself and encourage yourself to move forward, positively. Cut yourself some slack, forgive and move forward ! Love yourself. Accept yourself. Forgive yourself. Nurture and encourage yourself. You can’t change the past but you can learn and move on.
The Mind Is As Strong As Its Weakest Think – Be Smart And Wise
Point yourself in the ‘right’ direction and go for it. You will transform faster this way, than if you wallow in pity negativity. If you feel these or shame use it to change what you are doing. Resolve not to make the same mistake twice. Make new mistakes, that is what learning is all about. Consider all a blessing and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
“My life changed the day I first met you which is quite funny as I was in the middle of Tony Robbins year long Mastery University but nothing I found there ever compared to what I discovered with you and now, all these years later, Mind Design! You truly are the gift that goes on giving, our Rex xx🙏” – Kathy Strong, Consultant, UK
