“It means doing it is easier than thinking about doing it. Most people talk or think themselves out of things before they even attempt them. That is the nature of the mind. Whenever you attempt to leave your conditioned comfort zone the mind throws up beliefs, reasons, excuses, complaints about why you can’t or shouldn’t. Your worries, doubts and fears arise. That is the monkey mind in action. Going back and forth.

Let it go. Stop paying attention AND know this. As these reasons and fears arise it is the opportunity to acknowledge them and drop them. THIS is HOW you transform. Whenever you want to do something and encounter resistance THAT resistance is what you then want to address. Become aware of it. Recognize it. Thank it for protecting you and let it go. ‘Thank you but no thanks. That is not necessary. Cancel.’

You don’t blame or fight. You notice and interrupt the pattern. You breathe You move. You do anything to take a pause from the mind’s noise and you let it all go. Yes, it has protected you. THAT IS what it does. It keeps you from moving outside you comfort zone because doing so seems a threat. It’s normal. It’s part of being human. BUT most people fight it. Blame themselves. Feel shame and hurt. Then wallow and resume suffering.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

STOP IT> DROP IT! Let it go. Release it. Get into the present moment. Find gratitude for recognizing the process and release. Feel the gratitude. Experience it. Anchor it. Enjoy it. Understand that doing without thinking about it is much easier. By the way it is always wise to explore and consider options but you don’t need to feel bad doing so. You’re not here to suffer and merely survive. You are here to thrive. Accept this. Enjoy it!

Live fully without over thinking everything. Simplify. Live and love. Laugh and enjoy. Let go into wonder, and delight. Smile. Skip. Dance. Do the things that make you feel alive. Enjoy life. Let go of the monkey mind. It is useful but it shouldn’t run you. You run it. How? By letting go. Observe it. Notice it. BUT don’t identify with it or get hooked into its back and forth chatter. Set your intentions and delight in manifesting them. Transform yourself. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
