The best way to get what you want or improve what you have is to focus your mind and feelings on the best things you presently have. Look for the good. Seek the silver lining. Find the gold nuggets and focus. Emphasize these. Energy flows where your attention goes!

Flood your being with appreciation. Feel genuine gratitude. When you do this you change your vibratory state. This helps you allow these things to come to you. You create and attract from a high vibe attitude and being. You transform yourself through appreciation.
