“Take an inventory of all the things you’re thankful for. Every little thing you can imagine is worth acknowledging. Small things and big things. It is a great practice to make a list of at least 25 things you’re grateful for and look it over and add to it every day.
Create a new list daily. Do it in the morning or before going to bed. Beginning and ending your day with gratitude is a marvelous life-transforming practice. Do both times if you can and reflect on these things throughout the day whenever possible. Don’t just think it.
Really be grateful. Express it. Feel it. Savor it. Embrace it. Enjoy it. As you look for those experiences, people and things that make you happy and grateful you will discover more. The Law of Association will help you to find more and more. Your brain finds matches.

The more you do this the more you’ll notice this. More and more becomes available to you. Remember, like attracts like. You get what you focus on. It actually expands. You become what you think about most often. You determine the quality of your experience.
Your life is determined in large part by the thoughts you keep thinking repeatedly. Choose gratitude and thankfulness as a life-style. Do this every day at least once, twice or more often as possible. Praise and celebrate each moment.
