“How do you get what you want in your career, relationships, and life?  What are the things you must do? What is the very first step you must take and then what? There is a sequence to follow that we all go through to create what we don’t want, that we need to use.

We’ll use the same sequence we already use to create the crap to create the good we want, instead. Get it? You redirect what you are already doing to transform your results. So what is it? Okay, first off decide what you want and get really clear about what you want!

Most people focus on what they don’t want. Okay, you can too in order to determine what you do want. First, list what you don’t want. Once you know precisely what you won’t tolerate and do not want, what is it you do want? Now focus on what you do want. Get specific.

Know What You Want – Be Specific – Clarify It – Imagine It Fully

Clarify it and get detailed. Focus on what you want. Best thing to do, write it down. Most people don’t do this but you should. When you write it down you begin to make it more real. When it becomes more real and specific and clarified you are more apt to make it happen.

What most people do is what Job did. He said ‘ For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.’ What you think about you bring about. What you focus on expands. Most people focus on problems and get them.

Instead focus on what you want. Focus on what you wrote down. NOW decide to make it happen. Make it your intention to do what it takes to create what you want. Then take one step toward getting it. Any step. One tiny one. Whatever that may be. Read a book…

Feel What You Want As Already Yours – Feel It Fully – Enjoy It

Make a phone call. Eat a healthy food. Do a few push ups. Whatever  gets you closer to being and having what you want – do. DO it! It won’t get done unless you do it. What you have done is used your mind to get what you want instead of what you don’t want. Get it?

In the morning and  before bed take a few minutes to look at the goal or goals you wrote down and imagine you’ve already manifested them. Imagine you are living as you desire. Notice which ideas or what action steps seem most obvious and easiest to take.

Then implement these daily. Focus and do. Focus and do. It is important you keep your mind focused on what you want and what you can do. Do not focus on any thoughts, reasons or  ‘stories’ of ‘why’ things might be difficult. Stop that. It is self-defeating!

Stop Fearing And Doubting – Decide You Can And You Will

Not only is it self-defeating but it becomes self-fulfilling prophecy.  What you think about you bring about. What you focus on expands. Remember? Get it? Instead, use self-fulfilling prophecy to get you what you want, rather than what you don’t want. Really, get this!

Imagine it fun, easy and enjoyable. Make this the self-fulfilling prophecy! See yourself already having it and feeling grateful. Make that your self-fulfilling prophecy! Get it? I mean do you get it? Create what you want not what you don’t want! Be grateful. Have a can do and ‘I will’ attitude. Do it. Make it happen. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
