ABCDE Method Saves You 25% Time. By organizing your mindset and behaviors using the ABCDE Method you can save 25% or more time. Commit to a practice that helps you prioritize, and manage your energy. Then, spend your energy where you really want to!

The ABCDE Method is another simple way to organize your thoughts around what needs to be done. It is another version or way to think about the practices and principles I’ve shared.

There’s more than one way to think about things. ABCDE is another version for you. Choose the one that feels right and works the best for you. Different people will find either the ABCDE Method or The 4D Method easier to understand and work with. It is your choice.

ABCDE Method Will Save You 25% Time.

A = must, B= should, C = nice D = delegate, E = eliminate.
The Law of Forced Efficiency states that there is always enough time to do the most important things. Ask yourself, “What is the most valuable use of my time now?” Answer this question honestly.

Evaluate how you feel after answering the question. Will you feel better or worse if you don’t do it right away? Always pay attention to how you feel answering any, and all, of the questions I’ve shared with you. Check in with your ‘self’. How you do you feel? It matters.

Your feelings are a guide and feedback for you. Your feelings are useful indicators to pay attention to. Respect yourself. If you decide to do it, then do it right away. Unless you defer it. If you decide not to do it then, do something else you enjoy. Spend your time well.

The Mind Is A Strong As Its Weakest Think – Choose Wisely

For items that aren’t priority put them on the back burner, in the low priority file. Be certain to go through the file and get them done by the deadline time you assign. You save the most time handling things only once. At times you have to defer. If you do, plan to complete it.

This file is a back burner not a grave yard. BE sure to complete them. Remember, every time you take right action and carry out your tasks and cross them off your list you get to feel good. THAT is your reward and keeps you on track. Pat yourself on the back. Get it?

You could also give yourself a small treat or gift as a reward from time to time. Why not? You deserve it. You completed what you said you would. You kept your word. Keeping your word to yourself is an incredibly powerful habit to develop. It makes you a winner.

The More You Do The More You Become Capable Of Doing – Win

The more wins you have, the better you feel. When you feel like a winner other things become easier. Keep this in mind: Always break your tasks up into small enough parts so you always win by keeping your word and completing them on time. Make your word the law.

When you treat your word as law you act with integrity. You may trust yourself because you do what you say. Others can trust you as well. You develop a reputation for keeping your promises, acting positively and productively and getting good results. Great ROI!
