“The point of doing intentional affirmations is to direct your mind. You want to change less than glorious thinking, feeling and behavioral habits into new powerful, positive ones. You want to reprogram your brain. You want to start getting reliable results.

Instead of haphazard ‘good’ results with lots of negative ones, you can start getting more of the good results, more of the time. You can transform your life in powerful and positive ways. You can begin to live the life of your dreams when you know how to use your mind!

How do you program your mind? You exclaim the positive affirmations or declarative statements while feeling STRONG positive emotions. Strong  feelings ARE what makes affirmations work! How you feel while you affirm is crucial; good or bad!

If You Don’t Run Your Subconscious –  It Or Others Will Run It 

Vibe high. Feel good. Be enthusiastic. Passionately assert and declare the affirmations. Feel the power. Feel the joy. Feel incredible. Believe in yourself. Believe in what you are doing. Feel great. How you feel most of the time IS the point! Feel better more often.

Recently, I shared how people negatively affirm while feeling bad. That programs your mind for more problems. You get whatever you focus on most frequently. Your energy flows where your attention goes. How you are feeling determines what you create in reality.

If you feel less than glorious most of the time, your negative thoughts, or affirmations, go to re-enforce feeling bad and getting lackluster or poor results. You may bring about exactly what you don’t want. To be successful you have to shift what you’re doing.

You Must Reprogram Your Subconscious To Get What You Want

Emphasize what you do want while feeling great. Feelings ARE the language of the subconscious! It’ not the words, but the feelings and pictures the words represent. That’s why you affirm powerfully and enthusiastically. When you do you program your subconscious.

You are programming your subconscious mind to give you back more crap when you exclaim crappy negative affirmations while feeling bad. Do you get this? Whatever you think while you are strongly feeling is what your subconscious mind gives back to you.

It works! Conditioning your mind is simple when you know how. You must do it correctly, consistently, repeatedly, for long enough, for it to become habit. It is up to what you THINK about it. What you affirm determines what you get.

If You Do What You Always Did You’ll Get What You Always Got

You decide whether you think it will be easy or not. If you affirm it works, and it is easy, and you believe it and feel it, then it will be. You may have to get past some of your old programming, inertia, you know. Be consistent and persistent and you will break through.

If you think it won’t work or it will be difficult, then it likely will be much harder than if you believe it to be easy and enjoy the process. Get it? It is whatever you decide it will be. You determine your results. It is always, all up to you and not anything else. Get it?

Whether you work it and get results or whether you dabble and give up determines whether you will succeed or not. There are numerous factors. Still, reprogramming yourself is simple, but you do need to do it correctly and persist at it. Dabbling won’t do it for you. It won’t.
