“Commit to service. Serve with love and compassion. It’s time to end harm, hatred, disparity and division. We need to stop tearing each other apart and come together through care, empathy, and genuine concern for one another. But let’s get one thing straight, before you can truly serve others, you need to make sure your own cup is full. If you’re running on empty, what do you have to give? No one can give what they aren’t or don’t have.

You can’t pour from an empty cup, but when you fill it with love, unity, and togetherness, you’re overflowing with the very things the world needs most right now. So, let’s talk about leadership. I’m going to be blunt. If you think you’re a leader but you’re not serving, you’re fooling yourself and everyone around you. Leadership isn’t about standing at the front, barking orders, or making empty promises. That is bogus and bull shit. Yup! Bull shit!

Real leadership is about getting down in the trenches, rolling up your sleeves, and serving others. It’s about putting the needs of others before your own, not for recognition, but because it’s the right thing to do. We’ve seen a lot of so-called leaders recently, haven’t we? People who claim to lead but are really just looking out for themselves. They’re in it for the power, the attention, the accolades. If that motivates you, you’re no leader.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Anyone who has to declare themselves a leader isn’t one. True leadership isn’t about what you call yourself. It’s about what others call you because of your actions. Real leaders don’t need to brag or boast. They don’t need to shout from the rooftops about how great they are. Instead, they lead by example. They show up, day in and day out, and they do the work. They serve with humility, with kindness, with respect. They walk their talk! They act.

They don’t just talk about love and unity, if they do at all. They live it. They embody it in everything they do. Think about the leaders who have made a real difference in your life. Did they lead with words, or did they lead with actions? Did they make grand promises, or did they quietly go about making a positive impact? True leaders inspire others not with words but by showing them what’s possible through their own behavior. They live it!

This world doesn’t need more empty talk or empty promises, or empty suits! It needs action. It needs people who are willing to step up and serve, who are committed to making a difference. It needs leaders who are more interested in lifting others up than in elevating themselves. So, if you want to lead, start by serving. If you want to make a difference, start by giving—giving your time, your energy, your love. Seek to unite, not divide.
