“Use daily Directed Questions™ and affirmations to fill your mind with the thoughts you want to think on an automatic and habitual basis. Condition your mind powerfully and positively so you get back from your mind what you put into it whenever you need it or want it. You want it to work automatically and reliably. The only way to do this is to take the time to make it a habit. It is a process I’ve shared countless times.
Consistent, correct, spaced-repetition, done intensely for long enough creates a habit. In earlier days we said it takes 21 days to begin to start or stop a habit NOT that the habit was fashion or eliminated in that time. So ask positive questions and positive statements ENOUGH for LONG ENOUGH so when the going gets tough you get the benefits of your positive thinking. How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice.
Practice and rehearse correctly so when needed you get what you practiced. Just as you harvest the fruits of the seeds you planted earlier you get back the results of the positive seeds you planted. Enthusiastically asking Directed Questions™ and repeating affirmations is the planting of seeds. The results you get in life are the results of your sowing. The bottom line is you want to create positive thought habits! Create new habits.
I Wonder How Soon I Discover Myself Believing In Myself And My Abilities
Because many of the thought habits you acquired during the growing up process were not positive but limiting. Years of less than optimal programming filled you mind. You’ve affirmed that conditioning through self-talk and talking with others. If you say ‘I’m broke’ or ‘I don’t know how’ or I’m too fat’ you are affirming those thing. They’re negative affirmations or they’re affirmation about things you don’t want to be the case.
Most people don’t understand this. YOU ALREADY ARE using affirmations to great effect to get exactly what YOU DON’T want. If you feel stuck it’s because you affirm it. If you are broke I bet you are already affirming it. You say it. You think it. You act like it. Everything is consistent with what you say you are and how it is. Understand this! How you think and speak on a routine basis creates your experience.
Worry as negative planning. So is doubt, fear, sadness and anger. We live from our thoughts. We think about it as it is and then we agree and affirm that is how we are and that is how it is. You create the reality and perpetuate the reality with your thoughts, self-talk and discussion with others! You need to ask Directed Questions™ and exclaim positive affirmations to replace that! You’ll remain the same otherwise.

Create a daily list.
