Because some of us think it must be difficult, tough, it won’t work or only certain kinds of people get result we don’t do it. The truth is, it will be as we think it is. Thinking makes it so. Face it. You won’t start an exercise program or anything elseif you think it’s is too hard.
While some people like a challenge most usually want to pick their challenges like they pick beverages. They don’t want certain things to be difficult, but if it’s mountain climbing we expect that to be. Our thoughts and expectations determine what we do and don’t do.
The best and easiest approach is to realize if you think you can or can’t, will or won’t you are correct. If you want to do something different and make your life more wonderful you must believe it is possible and that you can and will do it easily. Beliefs make it so.
