“Your subconscious repsonds to feelings. It’s the feeling brain. It’s driven by feelings and emotions. What you see in your mind and feel strongly about is what you create. You bring about what you feel strongly about. Intensity matters. Whatever you think about and feel intensely about consistently,  whether good or bad, positive or negative, is what you create.

If you want to make your dreams come true this is how you do it. There are only two emotions. One positive and one negative. You do understand this, don’t you. All emotions fall into the two categories. You promote one or the other. You end up with whatever you promote most. Most consistently. Most intensely. What you focus on you get. Dog shit or diamonds. It is up to you.

The feelings paired with your thoughts is what you end up creating. It’s that simple. If you want to create diamonds, the good, take your best thoughts and pair them with your best feelings. Align your desires and mental images with your strong feelings. Believe it. Eliminate doubt. Then there’s no resistance. Expect to make this happen. Live from the intense feelings of the wish fulfilled.

Live with this certainty. When you feel you are it and have it IS when you make it so. You feel you are it and have it now. You’re filled with all the wonderful feelings and gratitude. You live as if it is already the fact. This is why you manage and make sure you feel your best. This is why you keep your attention on positive feelings. Keep it there no matter what may be going on around you.

Do not allow present circumstances to distract you from the future you are creating. If you can conceive it, and believe it, you can achieve it! Live from it. Be strong. Be certain. Don’t doubt. If you think some day ‘I will be this, or I will do this or I will have this,’ that some day never comes. If you think you may not have it, you most likely never will. Make your future the immediate present. Feel it happening now. Not some time but NOW. Express thanks for what is already the case. You are it. You re doing it. You have it. Get it? Celebrate it.
