“It is time employers and governments realize a few things. Provide equal pay for equal work. Employees deserve living wages. If they make your company rich regardless of their position, status or lowly job description YOU make them rich. It is a two-way street not a runway for cash transportation from the bottom lots of have-nots to the few uber-haves at the top. What’s good for one is good for all.

End disparity and the inability to get ahead. Share the wealth. Predatory practices are killing people and harming all businesses. It’s not meant to be a mega monopoly oligarchy world but one of freedom (at least allegedly in the US) and pursuit of happiness. All people, regardless of race, gender, nationality, religious and political beliefs, status and income should be treated equally. Enough division.

Unite! Let’s start embracing those principles and making it possible for all to live well or live long and prosper. Let’s make this world better for all in it. Let’s pursue principles of kindness, compassion, fairness, equality, equal access, love, understanding, acceptance, health and healing, patience, intelligence, unification, humbleness, inclusivity. Let’s make it better and stop making it worse.

Better for all! We can end so many of the world’s problems by allowing access. Restrictions on distribution drive up costs and allow some to profit and get fat while others starve. Competition for resources and border issues wouldn’t be an issue if it was good everywhere. People wouldn’t flee one place for another if conditions were better.

Let’s make conditions outstanding instead of people standing outside a border. Our place in the world should be next to others who have access to the same spaces. We need to stop hating and hurting and fighting and excluding. That is old and that is stupid. We can innovate and improve. We can use our displeasure and discomfort to make it better for all. Why don’t we? Greed and fear.

Resentment and hate. Insecurity. Let’s grow up. Grow up from within and make it better for all without. Use our imagination, intelligence and wisdom to improve conditions for everyone. Then we will have evolved a little bit. Let’s fight age-old reptilian issues instead of continuing to live that way. Let’s stop screaming, and hitting and hurting and killing our own because we think they are not us.

We are ONE species. We live on one planet. Let’s figure that out. Accept it. And let’s begin taking care of each other and the environment. Let’s stop shitting where we eat. You and I can make a difference. We can make a real difference. Really, we can. IF we decide to. When we intend to, we can make things better. Dare to dream of a better world and then make it happen. We need to unite to do this.

We need to come together and act in harmony. We need to form a coalition of people dedicated to improving ourselves, others and the world and not passively let things deteriorate. Entropy is a reality. Things decay and fall apart. Dust gathers. Weeds grow. We need to act to maintain and improve our lot. Dedicated people to a larger mission makes it possible. Who would join me?
