“When it comes to your business and your life, if you lack planning – and realize it – stop and plan. Decide what you want, intend to create and plan how to do it. Napoleon Hill said you must get clear on what you want. What’s your big reason or purpose? What is it that drives you, that you are completely passionate and dedicated to? He points out your first plan won’t be perfect, and you’ll need to adjust it BUT go ahead and make the plan anyway. Put your ideas down on paper. An architect draws the building plans of the building they intend to build. Make your plan. Even subsequent plans will be adjusted. THIS is part of the creation process. Know what you want. Plan to get it. Carry out the plan. Adjust as needed.
Persist until you accomplish what you want, adjusting as necessary. If you are in business, clarify what you are trying to accomplish. If you are marketing or making sales, know what you have to offer and who your target market, audience or customers are. Who is your audience? What are they trying to accomplish? What are their problems? What are their wants and needs?

How can you solve their problem? What are the solutions? How will you reach them and deliver these answers or your products? Plan. Carry it out. Adjust as necessary. Be specific. Set deadlines. Gather your resources and move forward implementing the plan. Be flexible. Be wise and selective enough to crew up with skilled, resourceful people who add value to your mission.
Work together in harmony adding value to each other. Cooperation is far more important than competition. If you must compete, compete against yourself. Decide to be better today than you were tomorrow. Make that happen as you work your plan. Stay the course. Stay optimistic and positive.
