“If your body is still, the mind will become still. If your body is still your mind will calm down all by itself. Be perfectly still. No physical movement. Slow down. Breathe slowly. The breath connects body and mind. As your breathing slows down, so does your mind.

Create ease in your body then mental peace will follow. Normally your mind moves. Your mind is constantly producing thoughts. You are not the thoughts. You watch and listen to your thoughts. Get it? You listen to the thoughts you think but you aren’t those thoughts!

If you can quiet your mind down, become more still, and control your mind, make your mind quiet, make it “still”, then you can experience peace. You relax. Things seem clearer. You get clarity. You find, feel and release your inner joy all by sitting quietly and breathing.

Chaos Doesn’t End – Instead You Become Calm – A Superpower

Simply sit quietly, not moving at all. When you first attempt this feel free to let the mind think. Let it do what it wants to do. Don’t try to stop it. Let it run wild and free. Let it be agitated while you sit still, quiet, not moving, and relaxed. Focus on your breathing.

Watch your breath. In a few minutes your mind will gradually slow down. Bit by bit. Release control. Watch and sit silently. Let go.  When you are calm, and you calm your mind, you are able to create, manifest, and attract all the good, happiness, health and wealth you desire. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
