“When the time is right the tree drops its leaves. If the leaves die on the branch the tree lets them go. In fall leaves drop naturally. Be like the tree and just let things go. Let go of dead weight. Let go of problems. Let go of your previous, conditioning. Let it all go.

Drop them as you’d drop a pencil from your hand. Let it slip away. Stop trying to figure out how and simply let go. Trust! Stop doing what you do to perpetuate your problems. Shift your focus away from them. Place your attention elsewhere. Just do it and change.

Don’t make it a big deal. It isn’t. It is letting go. Let the dead leaves drop away. Instead of holding on, let go. Instead, focus on the present. When you shift your attention you remove your energy. Energy flows where attention goes. Let it all drop away. Get it?
