There are things you can do. Bit by bit. Step by step. The first thing to do is acknowledge that you want to do this and pat yourself on the back. Next, forgive yourself for trying and quitting and complaining or blaming. Forgive and let it go. It isn’t serving you. Let it go.
Nurture yourself. Accept yourself. Love yourself. And commit to making a small change daily, in at least one area or task, you want to change. 1%. that is all! That is it. Stop trying to do too much. Stop struggling and wishing and getting frustrated. Slow down a bit

1 % change a day in the right direction is over 300 % change a year. If you used a compound interest formula then 1% change in 365 day is something like 65 thousand times more improvement. A rocket traveling 1 degree off will miss its target by 100,000s of miles.
Don’t dismiss the power of a dedicated, tiny, 1% daily action. It’s powerful. First, get your mindset right! You read my blog. Go back to the very first one. Read a little bit each day. Read 30 minutes, or 5. Read thirty pages or 1 but everyday read a little bit.
Make a study of what you read. Revisit and re-read. Immerse yourself for as much time as possible. If you can’t read a page a day read a paragraph. Read a single sentence. Just build a consistent habit. THEN remember: The proper fruit of knowledge is action.
The More We Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing
Take one small action step each day toward what you want. It will make an incredible difference overall. Determining to read may be the first step you commit to. Bit by bit your attitude will improve. You’ll see opportunity where previously you only saw difficulty.

Well said, I have tried too much to change to the better but I do agree that 1% of change is so powerful that it is more than 300% to the right direction.
