“Are you dedicated to changing your life for the better? Yes? Then you’ll have done and continue to do the exercise I gave yesterday. Everything gets better when you improve your thinking, feeling and action. But, it’s your action that makes it real. You must do!

List people you’re grateful for and you’ll find new ones every day. No one is too insignificant, nor too important, to not get listed. Each day people contribute to us in numerous different ways. Learning to recognize this is an important step in making your life wonderful.

People are our greatest resource. There are many reasons to celebrate each of them. If you’re dedicated to making your life more positive then also recount the people whom you’ve benefited and the ways in which you have made a positive impact on each.

The More You Celebrate – The More There Is To Celebrate

None of us live completely alone. We interact with others. Communication is a two way street. Look for wins. Your wins and theirs. The more you look for mutual cooperation and benefit the more you will find it. Keep at it and you will notice more and more.

These are great exercises to increase your ability to notice and celebrate the positive contributions of others and your own. Make examination and appreciation a daily habit! Fill your mind and your heart with all good things and your life becomes filled with good.

You transform more quickly when you feel grateful more and more each moment. When you feel blessed no matter what you are living the good life and making good things happen. Find the good in others and in yourself. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
