You judge. It does whatever it was programmed to do. It was programmed long ago when you were little and it has been carrying out that programming ever since. Your subconscious is your servant. You, your conscious mind, is the director. YOU train it. You direct it.
It pays attention to whatever you pay attention to. It learns from you. You are the trainer. If you are a sloppy trainer you get sloppy results. You either deliberately train your brain to work for you, or you let it run on doing what it has always done that you don’t like.
AND if you keep doing the same thing over and over but expect things to be different, well then, you are crazy. If you want your life to change, you will have to change some of the things you’re doing in your life. Change the thoughts you think and transform yourself.
