“Do you want your life to change? Then you must change things in your life. If you are focused on what you don’t want you must change that. You must begin focusing on what you do want. The problem is few people will.

Most know what they don’t want but not so much what they do want. If you’re like most people you know what you don’t want, what you want to move away from, avoid or escape, but not what you really want to move toward, to include, to be, do and have.

Knowing and focusing on what you DO want provides purpose and direction. It inspires you to begin to go after what you want. This is important because you get what think about most of the time. You bring about and experience what you think about most frequently.

Freedom can be yours BUT if you do nothing, nothing changes!

More people think about the things they want to have more than they think about becoming a person for whom having those things comes more easily. In order for things to change, you must change your thoughts, your attitudes and your beliefs.

If you want things to be different, if you want things to be better, and you’d like to feel better, act better, and have better things in your life then you must change your thinking for the better. You must set a better and more positive course. Understand this.

Decide to focus on what you DO want and maintain a positive focus. Better yet, decide who and what YOU want to BE. Imagine that future YOU fully and completely then imagine YOU are already that person. Imagine that YOU right now and feel what this feels like.

Live from the feeling of already being that happier, healthier, wealthier, person. BE that person now. Think and feel and behave as that person in your mind. Think and feel those often. Teach your brain WHO and WHAT you want to be by BEING IT NOW!

The more you feel it the more the brain GETS IT. Know what you want and live from the feeling of the wish already fulfilled. THIS is how you can begin to change. Stop being the old person in your mind and live from the new YOU in you your mind. Enjoy it. Feel it intensely. Live it.
