It isn’t just about solving problems but that also determines your value. If you can assist and inspire others to productive positive actions, then you are valuable as a resource and paid accordingly. There’s one more thing.

How difficult is it to replace you? If you can’t be replaced, you can earn a fortune because no one can do what you do. No one gets the results you can get. Big bucks are sent your way to keep you around. However, if Artificial Intelligence can replace you and do what you do then you become obsolete. They don’t have to pay you because AI will do what you did. You lose. They win.

Is that what we want? How will we ensure our place in the world when already companies seek to replace workers at all levels and in all industries. What will you do when AI takes your career, your company, your job, your means of creating income from you? Do you have a plan for what you will transition to?
