“A principle in cybernetics is the machine or system with the greatest flexibility and choices works the best. Flexibility is the key to your success. Resilience. You have infinite possibilities, opportunities and resources available within you and around you. Keep a positive attitude and view all hardships and difficulties as a great new opportunity to learn and grow.

Obstacles and troubles can create emotional stress, discomfort or pain. We evolved to move away from pain. Most human innovation came from attempting to improve situations and leave discomfort. It still does. When things get tough it creates the opportunity for movement. IF we are resourceful and instead of giving into pain, we use it as the catalyst it is. Don’t wallow. Move!

Pain may be inevitable, but suffering is a choice. Learn to choose how to respond instead of reacting from old habits. Reframe your situations and change how you view them. When hardships arise, realize it’s another way to get valuable experience. Adjust and continue. Don’t let incidents or disappointments derail you from your purpose. Stay on track. Refresh and renew your attitude.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Recharge yourself. Be open and honest. Let go of the difficulty. Don’t resist it. Let it go. Use the situation as a learning experience, a teachable moment, an opportunity for yourself and others to benefit. Look for the good. Point out the upside, the opportunity and explore the resources alone and together. Don’t blame or tear down but uplift and edify. Learn from it. Celebrate it!

Appreciate the opportunity, the learning, the experience and the benefits. As you do, you’ll discover yourself becoming more flexible and resilient. You’ll become aware of more possibilities, resources and opportunities within you and around you. The ROI is great. As you transform, more transforms. The more you become responsible the more responsibility you can accept. Get it. Things happen more swiftly and easily because you develop your abilities. The trade and the payoff are incredible.
