Your brain is a remarkable instrument, and it does not distinguish between a vividly imagined inner experience and something that’s happening out there in the physical world.

Studies conducted at Harvard and Carnegie Mellon show that mental rehearsal activates the same brain regions as physical performance. Athletes, musicians, even surgeons use this inner visualization to train as effectively as they do with their hands or bodies. What this means for you is powerful: whatever you imagine most vividly, most often, with the deepest emotion, you are rehearsing into reality.

The question is, are you plugged in correctly? Are you running the program that brings out your genius, or are you letting old patterns and unconscious fears hijack your results?
