The Choice That Changes Everything And Why Most Miss It

“Life becomes infinitely more manageable and fulfilling when you create a specific roadmap or plan to guide your actions. Without one, you drift aimlessly, repeating the same old habits, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. The truth is, failing to plan and choose a better path doesn’t just leave you where you are, it keeps you from ever reaching where you could be.

The cost of staying stagnant is far greater than the effort it takes to move forward. When you don’t take the time to craft a plan for change, your brain defaults to the familiar neural pathways you’ve been reinforcing for years. These old habits, whether it’s procrastination, overspending, negativity, or unhealthy eating, are deeply ingrained, and without a deliberate intervention, they keep you locked in place.

By focusing on specific actions, like saving instead of spending or eating fruit instead of sweets, you begin to build new neural pathways that support your goals. Start with small, actionable steps and reinforce them with affirmations and anchors.

If you want to feel more confident, you might repeat to yourself ‘I got this’ or ‘I am a good learner and can learn what to do.’ Anchoring the resulting physical feelings with a unique physical gesture, such as touching your heart or clenching your fist, can deepen their impact. You can make them more powerful and feel more of the good feelings more of the time. Knowing how to do this properly is important. Sloppy doesn’t work.

Do This Because You Must Clarify What You Want

“It’s easy to get caught in a cycle of frustration, anxiety, or resentment when you experience negative emotions, but what if those feelings were actually valuable signals from our internal guidance system? The idea is to reframe these negative emotions and recognize them as essential cues indicating when you’re veering off course, like a built-in GPS nudging you back to our best path. You’ve got this remarkable capacity within you to change.

So, rather than suppressing or ignoring these feelings, use them as signals for change to gain clarity about what you truly want and adjust accordingly. Negative emotions often emerge when you’re focusing on what you don’t want, whether it’s fear, regret, or dissatisfaction. Instead of getting stuck there, try to identify what these feelings are telling you. For instance, if you’re feeling frustrated about a work situation, pause and ask yourself:

“What does this frustration tell me about what I really want?’ Use this insight to pivot your focus toward your desired outcome. Practicing this regularly trains your brain to view negative emotions as helpful markers rather than obstacles. Your inner guidance system, or emotional ‘GPS,’ is designed to help you self-correct. When you feel ‘less-than-glorious,’ that’s your internal compass telling you to shift your direction.

Develop an awareness of these signals and view them as opportunities for realignment. That’s the key to making the positive changes you desire. Many people are so accustomed to ignoring or repressing their feelings that they lose touch with these signals, but this is a habit you can change. So, learn to fine tune your GPS by having regular self-check-ins. Set a timer on your phone or watch for several times a day.

When it goes off, take a moment to ask, ‘How am I feeling right now?’ Be honest and notice if you’re feeling positive, neutral, or negative. Over time, these check-ins make it easier to spot and respond to your emotional signals before they become overwhelming. Get some crayons and color code your emotions on a blank piece of paper. Assign colors to different emotions (blue for calm, red for frustration, green for joy, etc.).

Track how you feel throughout the day by coloring in blocks on your chart. After a week, look for any patterns: do certain times, places, or situations trigger specific emotions? This tool can reveal your typical emotional landscape and help you notice shifts in your mood with more clarity. Set up an accountability partner. Ask a friend or family member to act as your ‘blind spot partner.’

Let them know you’re working on recognizing when you feel ‘less-than-glorious, and ask them to gently point it out if they notice you seem off-track. When they do, avoid reacting defensively; instead, use it as a chance to reflect and refocus. If you really want to speed up your changes, when they point something out, celebrate it. Be glad and grateful. It’s important to recognize your blind spots and they’re helping you. Love them more for it.

Your emotional ‘blind spots’ come from habits you’ve formed over years of responding in automatic ways. Awareness is the first step to shifting these habits. This Happens When You’re Without Vision

“Without vision, people perish. “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”Proverbs 29:18 See where you want to be, not where you are. Where are you going? Be there now. Live from the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Be it. To be it, you must know what IT is. Who are you? You become what you think about most frequently and intensely. When YOU are, when you realize your true self then all your actions flow from your powerful, positive presence so you can get and have the things and experiences you want. Be, Do, Have. That IS the formula but most self-help people entice you with shiny things to have and tell you to do all sorts of actions, to struggle, effort and work extra hard to get those things so ultimately you become better.

They are wrong. You are already that which you seek. It’s not yet revealed because you lack vision, purpose and you aren’t living from the positive wish fulfilled. Your life currently reflects the wish you are living from. Your focus on current circumstances, affairs, worries, disappointments, regrets, and others occupies your attention. Energy flows where attention goes. Worry is negative rehearsal.

If You Can Change Your Mind, You Can Change Your Life

You are currently living from those feelings. Those ARE the feelings of the wish fulfilled. It is everything you don’t want. It’s not living from the feeling of the positive wish fulfilled. You’re immersed in low vibe, negative feelings and your imagination is on all that’s wrong. You probably don’t recognize this. Most people don’t. Most people aren’t ware they perpetuate that bad.

If that’s you, you have a choice. If you like living low vibe negativity and discord, keep doing what you are doing. If you don’t like it, change yourself. If you like it because you vibe high optimism and positivity and your life reflects the good things that occupy your attention, keep being who you are and doing what you’re doing. Enhance it if you like. DO nothing and nothing changes. It’s a choice.

YOU determine what you do. What you do demonstrates who you are. Your values, beliefs, interests, passions, likes and dislikes are conveyed by what you do BUT what you do is not the secret to making things happen. WHO YOU ARE and what you VIBRATE because of WHO you are determines the success of your actions. Your actions don’t determine your success. YOU do! It’s who you are.

If You Can Change Your Mind, You Can Change Your Life

Action is not any secret. It’s the natural result of your vision and passion. It flows from you. If you are a powerful, positive, optimistic, person vibrating high and resonating in harmony with ALL then your actions flow from your being. If you are a negative, doubtful, fearful, untrusting, worried, sad person then your actions flow from your being. YOU determine what you do and don’t do. Get this.

If you’re that negative person you’re vibrating or broadcasting that energy to the ALL and the ALL vibrates or broadcasts back to you in kind. It’s resonance. ALL resonates with WHO you are and what you are broadcasting. GET IT? Remember the saying, ‘I can’t hear you because who you are speaks so loudly I can’t hear what you are saying.’ What you say and do flows from who you are. WHO!!!

Do Nothing And Nothing Changes

Remember, it is transform yourself by the renewing of your mind. You don ‘t put new wine in old wine skins. Be still and know. Ask, believing you’ve received, and you will receive and I AM THAT, I AM. Get it? Perhaps, not. But if you aren’t happy with your current circumstances stop trying to transform the circumstances which is what the world and self-help gurus tell you to do.

Instead, do what works. Transform yourself. ‘As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.’ Be the change you want to see …’ YOU change and everything changes. You change and what you do and have changes. YOU change and you change how you get through difficulty. YOU Change and ALL respond to you because YOU respond to all. Harmony and resonance.

YOU are a broadcasting and a receiving station. What you broadcast determines what you receive. What you allow yourself to receive determines what you broadcast.
