“‘… think of your life as a crowded pantry shelf. To make room for anything else you would have to remove from that shelf something you wanted less,’ is another favorite Elsie Benedict quote. She adds, the Law of Compensation states, ‘if you want something you haven’t got, merely take off the shelf something you already have, and make room for the newer and better and more desired thing.’
Well, it’s true. Two forms of matter cannot occupy the same space. If your ‘pantry shelf’ is littered with doubt, fear, confusion, chaos, frustration, debt, anger, worry, sadness, looniness or something else to make room for the new desires you must remove these. It means you must be willing to let go of and release any attachment to your old way of being so you can begin to live the new way. Let it go.
You don’t have to fight or force the unwanted things to go away, you simply stop giving them energy. You refuse to let them occupy space inside you. You stop feeding the weeds. If you remove the life energy from them, they will wither away on their own. Your job is to nurture the good you desire. Feed the flowers. In letting go of the things you fight and don’t want; you make room for the better things.
Replace fear with courage. Replace sadness with joy. Replay doubt with certainty. Replace laziness with action. Replace negativity with positivity. Replace worry with optimism. Replace hate with love. Get it? Replace indecision with decisiveness. Make room for the good you want in your life. ‘If it is to be, it is up to me.’ Create positive space within. Nurture and encourage goodness.
Appreciate and feel grateful for all. Life is a gift. The ability to become aware of what prevents you and release it is a gift. It will come through discomfort. When the shoe fits you don’t notice it, but when it is too tight, and blisters form you do. It is through the discomfort and challenges our opportunities present themselves. Nocebo effects with antidepressant clinical drug trial placebos

ABSTRACT:
We describe an individual who experienced unusual negative effects while taking a placebo during a clinical drug trial. A 26-year-old male took 29 inert capsules, believing he was overdosing on an antidepressant. Subsequently, he experienced hypotension requiring intravenous fluids to maintain an adequate blood pressure until the true nature of the capsules was revealed. The adverse symptoms then rapidly abated. The nocebo effect (undesirable symptoms following administration of an inert substance that the patient believes to be an active drug) may have significant negative impacts on certain patients. Further research is warranted to better understand this phenomenon.

Nocebo in fibromyalgia: meta-analysis of placebo-controlled clinical trials and implications for practice

Background: Nocebo refers to adverse effects (AEs) generated by negative expectations that medical treatment will likely harm instead of heal and can be assessed in placebo-controlled randomized clinical trials (RCTs). We examined AEs following placebo administration in RCTs for fibromyalgia (FM), a condition characterized by patients’ poor medication adherence, which may affect outcome and/or increase healthcare costs.
Methods: Following a systematic Medline search for RCTs for FM pharmacologic treatment published between 2001 and 2010, we assessed percentages of placebo-treated patients reporting at least one AE or discontinuing because of placebo intolerance and searched for factors influencing nocebo’s extent. Percentages were compared with those revealed by similar meta-analyses of RCTs for multiple sclerosis and primary headaches.
Results: Data were extracted from 16 RCTs fulfilling search criteria. Of 2026 placebo-treated patients, 67.2% (95%CI: 51.0-81.5%) reported at least one AE, and 9.5% (95%CI: 8.3-10.9%) discontinued placebo treatment because of intolerance. AEs in placebo arms corresponded quantitatively and qualitatively to those in active drug arms (ρ > 0.88, P < 0.0001). Younger age and larger placebo arm size were associated with increased dropout rates. Patients with depression were more likely to withdraw from trials. Nocebo dropouts in FM trials were fourfold and twofold higher than in RCTs for multiple sclerosis treatment and migraine preventive treatment, respectively.
Conclusions: Nocebo is remarkably prevalent in FM patients participating in RCTs. Because nocebo contributes to drug intolerance and treatment failure in clinical practice, identification of predisposing factors and efforts to prevent nocebo by educating these patients appropriately may be important for FM outcome.
The placebo effect suggests your mind can be as powerful in some cases as the treatment itself.

‘The effects of positive expectancy in a study of 152 cancer patients at Travis Air Force Base, the major Air Force medical facility on the West Coast. Five staff members rated the patients on their attitude toward treatment and evaluated their responses to treatment over the next eighteen months. The results were clear: those patients with positive attitudes had better responses to treatment; those with negative attitudes had poorer responses. In fact, of the 152 patients only two who had shown a negative attitude had a good response to treatment. The most significant finding of the study was that a positive attitude toward treatment was a better predictor of response to treatment than was the severity of the disease. That is, patients who had very serious prognoses but positive attitudes did better than patients who had relatively less serious prognoses but negative attitudes. In addition, patients who began to view their treatments positively often reported reduced side effects.’ …

Enjoy the best feelings you have. Feel good right now in your present. Your feelings are your vibrations. Vibe the highest frequency with the most wonderful intensity. This alone will transform your life.
The more time you spend feeling good the quicker you can accomplish your goals and make your dreams come true. The more time you feel good the more time you WILL be able to feel good. You get back great returns on your investment when you think and feel positive most of your time. Fill your mind with positive, optimistic, grateful thoughts and you’ll feel better. Think and grow happy.
When you feel great and you are passionate and enthused, when you are eager and are filled with energy, you think clearer and can keep going longer. Your intense feelings make you powerful. Feeling intensely good in the present moment makes everything work better! Everything works together more smoothly when you are feeling this way because your nervous system works better.
Negativity and stress take its toll on your health and wellbeing. It robs you of your energy. Everything is constricted. You don’t think as well, feel as well or act as well. Your immune system gets depressed. But live with joy, gratitude, enthusiasm and you promote wellbeing, health and extra ability. It works! Some people may think, ‘Well, if I could feel good I would.’ You need to take charge.
You’ll never think and feel your best if you expect the outer world to make you happy or better. It doesn’t work that way. That only provides a temporary relief. Events and circumstances you celebrate pass. BUT when you make feeling wonderful a habit it is reliable and long lasting. It becomes your way of life. It’s reliable. It then works automatically as all habits do. It becomes second nature.
The way to feel better IS to take control, even when you don’t feel like it, and control your thoughts and feelings. Learn to do the things that make you feel better. A few things that help in this are to eat right, sleep right and get enough exercise. Eliminate chemicals and additives. Sit, stand and move with more energy. Get a massage. Many suggestions are in my previous blog posts and my book.
This is WHY we fill our mind with positive thoughts. It’s why we read and listen to inspiring materials. It IS why we visualize our goals as completed and feel the feelings of that accomplishment. It is why we monitor our self-talk to ensure it is positive. It’s why we affirm out loud and passionately. It’s not possible to feel ecstasy or joy all the time but you can spend more time feeling these.
Your default setting can be far more positive, optimistic, joyful and grateful than yours is right now. Making this a habit helps you feel your best more of the time and even during times of difficulty. Whenever you’ re feeling less-than-glorious you can make yourself feel just a little bit better. This works! Nudge yourself in the direction of feeling good. Encourage it. DO it.
You’ll discover so many positive changes it will astound you. Why? Because It’s a system of self-management available to use that few ever discover. You now know about it. It’s time to learn how to do it. Put yourself in the driver’s seat 100% and take responsibility for whatever happens good or bad. Take responsibility for managing your thoughts and feelings.
Steer yourself in the most positive direction. You don’t have to try to leap from sadness to ecstasy, that may be too big of a jump. Just make yourself feel a little bit better. That starts you on the path to overall well-being. Step by step. You do not have to do it all at once or even in one day. In time you’ll learn how to feel your best.
Celebrate everything life offers. Good or not-so-good. Learn to appreciate the gift of life you have and find what you can and are thankful and grateful for and emphasize it. Focus on it. Dwell on the good. The longer you feel better the better you feel. The more you move yourself to feel better when you are, not the easier it becomes. “Can you imagine, do you imagine, a day when war becomes obsolete? If we can’t imagine this, it is not likely to happen. Consider this: IN school, someone bullies and beats up a kid. What happens? Typically, the kid has friends or family that go after the bully. The bully gets beat up. What happens? His friends and family come for revenge. This goes on and on and on and on.
The only way to stop it is to not engage in it. Do not succumb to violence or returning violence. It only escalates. Bullies think it won’t. They think they will prevail, and they may for a while but typically all bullies meet worse bullies or those counteracting the original hurt and harm. HOW about imagining new ways to get along instead of old ways to do harm?
‘Imagination is more important than knowledge.’ said Einstein and he is not the only one. How about we do as John Lennon asked and ‘give peace a chance’ do you think we can. If not, what are you advocating instead? We can only go where our mind takes us. Whether an individual mind or a group mind. If it is to be it is up to me, is the saying OR if it is to come true, it is up to you.
Let’s find ways to create harmony and friendship to create a better world instead of pulling it apart. Hurting each other doesn’t help, it only hurts all. Yes, it may require forgiveness and sometime but if we don’t attempt it we are doomed to repeat. Let’s break the cycle by doing something productive, positive and new. If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got.
Don’t you think it’s time for a change? ‘Be the change you want to see in the world,’ said Gandhi. He led a peaceful movement and brought the British empire to its knees with passive resistance. Others have attempted the same. It seems most have met with violence. That doesn’t mean they always will, but it is possible. Good and bad exist the same as day and night. They both are part of life and cycles.
For us to evolve we need to grow up. We need to evolve our consciousness to the point violence is not the solution. It means changing our rhetoric, our metaphors, analogies and allegories. Maybe we don’t need to declare war on things we don’t like. Maybe if we become less violent others will too? It is possible, but not unless you believe it is possible. What you consider impossible keeps it the same.
You can light a million candles off one candle if yours is lit first. People model each other and learn from role models. We tend to copy each other. How about we hold out for love, peace, compassion, kindness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and helping each other instead of the alternatives. Hold out for good and positivity by becoming the examples others may follow. Eventually, the movement will grow and take hold. If we don’t attempt it, surely it won’t happen. Are you in? I hope so. And the Law of Cause and Effect combined.
Shower them with positive regard, love and friendship. Validate and celebrate another person’s success without envy or resentment and you benefit. Put into motion positive thoughts and feelings. Even if they never know about it YOU transform yourself. You become a better person. It changes you! When you are the cause of good, the effects of your good return to you. Cause and effect. Get it? I hope so.
Even if there is no return you STILL become a better person because of it. You become a better person because you went first. You initiated it. That’s Rex’s Rule, GO FIRST! You create something wonderful. There is no waiting, no whining, no blaming, there are only great thoughts and feelings which you generate and share. You put good into motion. That’s awesome. Expect to find more good as a result.
When you don’t do it to get back but to give without conditions everything works much better. And since you become what you think about most of the time, you can improve yourself by helping others mentally in your thoughts and by your actions. Both work and both are important. Fill your life with gratitude, validation, positivity, happiness, joy, feeling marvelous, and you are healthier and wealthier.
From this mindset you can create anything you want. Do you want more love? BE MORE Loving! Do you want better friendships? BE A BETTER FRIEND. Do you want more money? DEVELOP A RICH MINDSET. Accept and celebrate that you ALREADY have it. It’s quite simple. Imagine what you want from the feeling of it already being done. You are already it. You are already doing it. Feel what that feels like.
You feel the feelings of gratitude of already being, doing and having it. It’s not in the future. It’s now. You already have it. SO, it is in your past. You got it already. You got it in your past. You did it. Live from the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Inside your head you lived it by seeing what you’d have seen, feel what you felt, hearing what you heard and was said and said by yourself and any tastes and smells.
Live in the inner imaginary world of sensory stimulation the same things you’d see, hear, feel, do, taste and smell as if you were actually doing it. Do it with passion and feeling. Do it before falling asleep and go to sleep feeling wonderful. Wake up, rinse and repeat. THEN let go. Allow it to unfold. Don’t push. Stop doubting. Stop whining. Stop comparing and allow it to happen. STOP overdoing. Relax. Trust.
You planted the seed. Let it grow. Accept it when it shows up. Stop pushing it away through desperation, thinking ‘is it or isn’t it? Am I doing it right?’ And feeling doubt, worry or fear about it. Develop the certainty that it is done. “Let there be light. And it was good.” Stay positive. Stay optimistic. Stay enthused. Stay delighted as you would if you already are it, doing it and having it.

We want and sacrifice to spend our money to get things that we think will provide status and importance in the eyes of others so we will feel better by being somebody. The point is if we become good, we will do good and have good. It is exactly the other way around from what ‘they’ want you to seek. They want you to crave things so much you sacrifice to spend so you can feel better and more important. The problem with this is you miss life sacrificing to become something you already are but don’t recognize. You waste life and miss the importance of things.
There’s nothing wrong with things but things like people perish. People think things will make them happy and they do temporarily. There’s a brain chemical rush with the new thing BUT the rush wears off and the thing grows old, not unnoticeable and nowadays breaks down faster or is replaceable than ever before. You get the newest phone this month only to want the latest phone next month.
In the USA if not the rest of the world, consumerism is promoted over quality of life. ‘THEY’ want you to think if you only have the right things, you will have a happy life. Well, ask the many, many, many wealthy people who chased things only to discover they aren’t happier. Things weren’t the answer. Some remain miserable but rich. Others learn what it’s about and change. You can too.
No need to be stuck. Although stuck is where ‘they’ want you to remain. You know, ‘work for the man’, spend your money on things and stay broke in that pursuit. BUT you don’t have to. Become the person for whom manifesting positivity and goodness for yourself, and others and you can break free. When you develop and adopt the right mind, you begin to take the right actions.
This makes it easier to get things. The formula is sound. There’s nothing wrong with things. Desire is normal and natural. It’ not the desire to have better that’s wrong. It’s good. The problem is the attachment and sacrifice of the present in pursuit of a future that doesn’t arrive and is left unfulfilled. Ask a rich person if they prefer riches to lack and they’ll say riches. I do too.
There’s nothing wrong with riches. It’s natural and normal. ‘They’ don’t want it for you. They need you to be a stuck workforce buying their goods so they can remain rich. There’s plenty of money for everyone all around the world. The issue isn’t lack. The issue is access. Restricted access, cartel like practices and intentional scarcity drives demand and pricing.
If everyone wants it or needs it, likely you will too. It’s conditioning. It’s mindset, but we can change it, you and me. We need not suffer. There’s plenty of goodness. My work has been and is to connect you up with the resources needed to liberate yourself from this hamster wheel and create the life you want and deserve. That includes the things you desire.
Most of my life is spent helping people find inner resourcefulness, possibilities and opportunities so they can discover and use them. From within to without. BE DO HAVE. When you’re thinking right and you BE it first, your feelings and actions align. Things get easier because of WHO you are not because of what you try and do. I repeat. Things get easier because of WHO you are not! For no other reason.
They want you to work hard and sacrifice your family time, leisure and life to buy something else. I want you to be able to buy something else without all the sacrifice. You should enjoy life now while you acquire things. Get it? Who you are determines how easily you move through the world and navigate difficulty if you do. Most of us do. WHO you are. It isn’t what you do.
Become it and everything else falls into place. I show and share with you how to become it with less effort and more delight so that you live your life the same way. Less effort. More delight. Certainly, you could work really, really hard if you don’t know better. My message is you can have it all when you become the kind of person for whom having it all is delightful and effortless.
Does this mean there’s no effort? No. It means far less effort, but you still need to be in charge. The difference is I help you take charge of you. Others want you to work hard and do lots of things to get stuff, so you become better. Be better first and everything else becomes better. Join me so I can assist you. No one can do it for you though many will claim that. It’s a lie.
You must do it but the rewards are yours. You own it then. It’s not that difficult but ‘they’ want you distracted so you never discover this. They mislead you so you can’t or don’t find yourself. That really helps me get this important work, the message that you can transform, live life on your terms and create the life you want, out. Some ask why I do it. Why have I blogged these daily consecutive posts for all these years?
My reason is we all need and can certainly use at least a little daily inspiration and some daily gratitude to start our day. I began this blog many years ago to be able to contribute to you and others. I wanted to help people to remember that they can be, do and have anything they want. It’s true we can make miracles happen. Magic can become our reality. I write daily to help people.
Start the day with a positive message. Think about it during the day. That can make you believe that you’re capable of many positive things. The entire day can become available to you to invite and make magic and miracles. Each day I hope more people wake up. Realize anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Greatness can be yours when you take charge. There’s no limit.
Except the limits you accept. There are ways of being and living joyously that many people have not experienced because they haven’t tried to yet. Many don’t know what is possible given their history. If you can’t conceive of it you won’t be able to live it. The Wright Brothers flew because they first imagined they could. If they didn’t conceive of it as possible they’d never have tried. Get it?
They imagined it. Entertained it. Got obsessed with it. They turned the idea, the dream, the goal into a reality. The transmuted the energy from internal to external. From within to without. They created an airplane that flew. It began as a thought, they thought was possible. From that possibility it became a reality. So, I write to encourage people to imagine bigger and better and to give good things a try.
Write your goals and dreams down. That’s the first step in making them real. The idea goes from inside your head to on paper. From there you can plan and elaborate. Writing it down is the first step. I write this blog every day. I am writing it down. I am making it happen. I am transmuting the energy and creating a new reality. All things can be celebrated. You must know that. So, I write it. I create it.
Sample the good life offers. Enjoy life. Dream as big as you can. Then dream bigger. I write this blog because I know when you help each other move forward to be happier, healthier and wealthier you improve and help yourself AND the world. By enriching others you enrich ourselves. Make magic and miracles each day. If you don’t someone else is. Miracles abound. You could enjoy them too.
Why miss out when you can create and attract good things too? Use your imagination. People miss or lose out. You will lose out too if you don’t use your imagination to make things better. “Since the mid to late 70’s I’ve been sharing how to improve your mindset, health, overall happiness and success by sharing principles and practices you can use to function better. You can more easily and effortlessly live fully feeling fulfilled and complete and still enjoy more. The many things I have shared also have been shared through the centuries by mystics and other thought leaders. Today, we have science backing up what we’ve known and suggested all along. In my programs, here in this blog and in my book, I share numerous practices for adding novelty and becoming more flexible because it serves to make you healthier in spirit, mind, and body. In all areas.
In the early to mid 80s I along with colleagues provided practices and means for growing new neural pathways. Again, similar practices have been around for eons. At the time we spoke of growing new neural pathways and that the brain, like a muscle, improved with use and specific exercises or atrophied from lack of use or through negative or stressful events or uses. Science now says yes too.
In the early 80s I was captivated by studies, of which there were few by comparison, on the Placebo Effect and beliefs. It was demonstrated then that attitude is the number one predictor for success in all areas of your life. Many studies at first were devoted to health. Most science at the time said it was BS and dismissed helpings as the Placebo effect. They misunderstood. Most experts do at first.
Because when things run counter to our understanding there is dissonance and the tendency to define what is known. I was criticized by some, even in books, because I stated, our goal is to consciously apply the placebo effect. They called it mumbo jumbo. Back in the days there were a handful of studies today there are over 40+ thousand. We’re learning what we knew long ago, is valid and applies today.
So here is some more interesting news. All which I and others have spoken on long before some current popular thought leaders made their way to the top and before science began embracing the truths we taught. Some now say effective learning begins with accepting what neuroscience has to say about brain chemistry, neuroplasticity, habit formation, learning theories and more. FANTASTIC!
About time. So many of the things I shared in my work now are being taught so you can improve overall health and wellbeing, develop an optimistic and positive attitude AND improve brain function. At one time it was thought the brain was like a jar and once filled that was it. We know it is more like a jungle, living and changing and requiring care and nutrition in all forms. It’s like a muscle.
Use it or lose it. Use it well and benefit. Use it poorly and it’s a deficit. So, here is what they are now proposing for greater functioning of the hippocampus. Again, what they now proposed has been proposed for so long without the understanding of which specific regions of our anatomy might benefit. We said, greater brain or physical health. We didn’t always know WHAT specifically, but we knew.
Science now suggests there are some pain free (a basic tenet in all my work is you don’t have to suffer unless you really want to) techniques or practices you can start doing to improve your hippocampus function. This will help you absorb new information and recall easier and more efficiently to help you think and feel better, and overall improve in many ways. You don’t just think better.
Your brain’s divided into symmetrical parts, you’ve two hippocampi, one on each side, just above each ear. The hippocampus forms an integral part of the limbic system which supports a variety of functions, smelling, long-term memory, emotions and behaviors. I’m not going to go into how it works or more brain science but rather will share the practices I’ve been sharing that science says is good for you.
Some people don’t do anything until their trusted sources encourage them. They wait and evaluate and wait before acting. Others leap into opportunities. Acting fast, deciding quickly is desirable WHEN based on accurate information so you can make a quick BUT informed decision. To just leap without looking where you are leaping might not always work out so well. It could but I’ll let you decide. BE wise.
So how can you improve the functioning of your hippocampus? The number one way is what I have been saying all along. LEARN SOMETHING NEW! I share this almost all the time. ADD NOVELTY because your brain craves it. Science now says, when you learn something new, based on how the hippocampus works, you build new neural pathways and strengthen the ones that already exist.
Think of it like building blocks! Backed by University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. As one progresses from novice to expert, researchers found you engage in long-term learning AND new neural activity patterns were observed. This established a clear relationship between neural-patterns and new behavioral abilities.
Good to know and we were already doing and saying this decades AND even eons ago. I think it’s marvelous that research validates so much wisdom from the past. It’s awesome. NOW they are advocating doing things differently. I’ve said ADD NOVELTY since I began my work in the late 70’s. I learned so much from acting classes and teaching students I brought it to all my transformational work.
Do things differently. Take different routes to where you go. It’s said Bill Gates did this. He took a different route to and from work every day to stimulate his brain. Maybe it worked for him? Why? You see and experience different things and things differently. Listen to music you wouldn’t normally. Play different games. Watch different shows or movies. Read books that you wouldn’t otherwise.
Learn to play music or sing and dance. Use the non-dominant hand. Sleep with your head at the foot of the bed. Do puzzles and brain teasers. Shake it up. Break up your routines because you’ll spark new connections between nerve cells and generate new brain cells. Expand your awareness. Learn a new language. Shave with a different hand. Put your clothes on in different orders. Same with washing.
PHYSICAL EXERCISE. I’ve long encouraged people to walk, swim, bike, get some form of healthy exercise. Common sense, right? But also, to skip, jump, dance, and move. Move with enthusiasm. Have fun. delight and let go. Play as little children do. Hop, shake, roll down hills. Do somersaults, Spin like a dervish. Why? Because it activates the vestibular system which governs balance and spatial orientation.
It’s healthy. Most adults stand, sit or lie prone. As a kind we spent time bobbing up and down, hanging upside down, twirling and cartwheeling and more. It is good for us and as we grew older many abandoned those activities. Start doing them again. They’re essential for better health in all areas of mind, emotions and body. Studies now show exercise helps keep the brain running properly!
It can reduce dementia chances by 50% to have a regular exercise program. Too heavy? Bad knees? Walk in water. Hydrotherapy is low impact and marvelous. Do something to move more and feel better. EAT RIGHT AN HYDRATE PROPERLY. Eat nutritious, organic, if possible, mostly fresh fruits and vegetables. Increase these and lessen processed foods and junk. Eat fish. Wild caught salmon.
Mackerel, small tuna, sardines (the tinier the less mercury). Farmed fish tends to be questionable and best to avoid. The Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish boost the cellular structure and brain signaling. Studies have demonstrated that people who regularly eat fish have more efficient brains than those who don’t. This helps to protect against diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. Eat once a week.
If not more but once a week showed a 14% larger hippocampus in those who did eat fish once a week than those who did not. Easy enough to do. DRINK COFFEE, some say. It increases serotonin levels and is loaded with antioxidants BUT drink organic coffee only. Coffee and teas tend to be heavily laced with pesticides. Caffeine in coffee or tea is associated with less neuron loss in the hippocampus. PLUS…
It’s good for learning and improving memory. Remember, everything in moderation. In studies coffee has been shown to be anti-amyloidogenic. Amyloids are aggregates of proteins that are linked to the development of various diseases in humans.’ EAT BLUEBERRIES which can reduce DNA damage, prevent heart disease and are loaded with antioxidants. They also help brain and memory functions.
DARK CHOCOLATE 70% or better is an option if you don’t like coffee, fish or blueberries. Eating it releases dopamine, enhancing learning and memory. It can increase cerebral blood flow and promote synaptogenesis which is the formation of synapses between the neurons. It releases antioxidants. For adults 60-77 Harvard’s showed a 30% increase in cognitive abilities by drinking cocoa twice daily.
MEDITATE. There are countless studies proving the benefits of meditation on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing AND that regular practice can cause the hippocampus to grow and enhance memory. There are numerous forms. Pick one and stick with it for at least 90 days. It may seem boring and that is okay. Anything worth doing is worth developing and getting better at.
If you can attend workshops and live events. You’ll be in different places with new people and have different experiences and learn new things. If you can’t attend, do online learning and programs. I offer both. Jump on in. With advances in technology, we are better connected and can meet up online. So, you never have to be alone if you don’t want to. You can learn and evolve wherever you are.
