“Every so often poo hits the propellor. Whether in your personal and professional life or the world in general. Sometimes things suck. Life throws a curveball and you have to deal. Actually, it’s a good thing. Though we don’t like it. Challenges help us to grow and to reset.
Challenges help us set new directions. Sometimes, we end up thinking, ‘never again!’ At other times we continue on in new ways. Sometimes, beaten up a bit, but overall it’s all good. We need to learn how to deal with ‘bad’ times but not succumb to difficulty.
Too many live as victims complaining about and dragging around past wounds and disappointment; or terrified about the present and future. When we learn how to transform ourselves so we consider it all good, everything a blessing, we get further, faster and enjoy more.
Change Your Thoughts To Transform Your Life
Here are some suggestions for when the poo flies everywhere. Never expect things to be perfect. Some say, expect the worst but plan for the best. It’s helpful if you have a great attitude and a backup plan when things go awry. Then, nothing can throw you.
If nothing throws you, you win. You’re ahead of it all. Keep in mind that no one and nothing can upset you or rattle you if you refuse to allow it. Decide to be bigger than the problem. Decide you’re in charge. Not the difficulty. Develop a champion’s mindset.
Stop being a victim. Stop thinking you can’t do it or that things are overwhelming. Chunk problems down. Develop the resources you have to handle anything life presents you. Think of it as a present. It’s a gift not a problem. It is there for your ultimate good.
You Will Transform Your Life When You Change Your Thoughts
Even the good in life is never as you think it may be. It surprises you. Stop attempting to control things. Let go and accept the flow of life. Learn to be resilient. Be flexible. Be like water and flow around. If you don’t let yourself be thrown, you win. Grow strong through it.
The more flexible and adaptable to changes the better off you’ll always be. Troubles benefits you in many ways. When you maintain a positive mindset, and your attitude and outlook are good no matter what, your brain and you grow and change in positive ways.
I’ve been sharing how you actively encourage neuroplasticity. These suggestions are what you need to do. Things won’t, and don’t, always go as planned. The sooner you accept this and act resourcefully the easier everything will be. It is always, all up to you. Learn this!
Change Your Thoughts And You Transform Your Life
I’ll share another important suggestion next time. Understand that how you do one thing is how you do everything. Your mindset and beliefs determine whether something is a problem or not. Just labeling it a problem is a problem. This is very important. Get it?
Your attitude determines your altitude. Remember, plans change. Things almost never go as you plan. That’s why you make a plan and work the plan, but are prepared to adjust and continue as things change along the way. Understanding this puts you ahead of it all.
It’s said the happiest people don’t always have the best of everything but they always make the best of everything. They transform though transforming their mindset. Attitude is that little thing that makes a big difference. Everything is a blessing when you decide that EVERYTHING is a blessing. That’s how it works. That’s the law. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
