“Too many people feel only okay. They robotically move from day to day doing the same routines, accepting that this is how it is. They don’t have much to look forward to. They put all their hope in things outside themselves to make them feel better, happier, more successful or to rescue them. They live as victims. They don’t even realize they’re doing this because they’ve done it this way for so long.
Conditioning does this to us. It makes us comfortable even in our suffering. Some people will continue to suffer because it doesn’t get bad enough to get them to change. Until the rug gets pulled out from them through some major mishap, misstep or tragedy they continue one oblivious to what they are doing to maintain things the same. It’s the status quo. It’s what they know, tolerate and accept as normal.
Your positive thoughts are extra powerful when combined with the most intense, positive good feelings! The more intense the easier the subconscious mind gets the message. It reproduces what we give to it through powerful feelings. Read what I have shared about military training and intensity in previous blogs. People remain victims to intense negative feelings too because it’s what the brain learned to do.

People limit themselves by feeling strong negative emotions about what they want or don’t have. They feel strongly afraid, hurt or depressed and end up getting back the same. The subconscious only delivers, or reproduces, strong emotions whether positive or negative. The subconscious doesn’t judge or even know how to judge. It just produces what it learned to produce. How does it know what to do?
The intensity of your feelings is what it attends to. It’s the signal that tells it this is important. More of this. Whether pleasant or painful. Whether positive or negative. No judgement. It just reproduces the intense signals. YOU want to pay attention to what messages you’re sending it. If you are intensely negative that’s what it will learn. Just as an animal learns by the attention you give it.
The attention, positive or negative, is the reward. You are rewarding your subconscious whether intensely negative or positive. The question is what do you consciously want? Whatever it is you must then intend to provide it. Want to feel better you need to train your subconscious THIS is what I want. How? Aim your thoughts and feelings like a laser beam. Don’t be haphazard. Feel the best often.

Zest for life is what makes life worth living. Successful people are passionate and intense people. Their emotions are powerful. You can feel their energy when you’re around them. Creative energy is intense. They pursue their dreams with passion. They expect to succeed. People who make money (think, ‘Wolf of Wall Street’) are intense. They’re not half-assed, namby-pamby, wishy-washy, ‘oh well, ho-hum’ people.
They live to their fullest. When you live with passion, when you fill yourself up with positive feelings and energy you become unstoppable. You don’t need to be licentious to enjoy life. That isn’t what I am saying. I’m saying love life! You become a powerhouse. Feel your power. How you think determines how you feel. How you feel determines how you think. It’s part of the same cybernetic loop.
It works together. It isn’t one or the other. They are parts of the same system cooperating to create effects. Energy flows where attention goes. If you want to feel better, think better. If you want to think better, put a spring in your step. Shake up your body, dance, skip, twirl. Stand and move with confidence, energy and liveliness.

The more you feel the good feelings right now, the more changes you will readily make. Live with passion. Feel fully. Commit to feeling better than okay. Notice when you aren’t feeling good and take steps to feel better. Even if you only make yourself feel a little bit better you are doing something immensely valuable. To take charge is the ability you learn!
The longer you devote yourself to thinking positively about yourself while feeling intensely wonderful, the quicker and easier your life will change. The more time you spend smiling and feeling happy, the better off you will be. You are either growing or dying. You are either positive or negative. You are either feeling good or you’re not. Notice this! Become aware, and make the positive changes as necessary.
Notice when things are out of whack and put your energy into the positive, optimistic, feel better thinking, feeling, speech and actions you can do. Live as the driver in charge of your life and steer your thoughts and feelings to the most positive and glorious. The more time you spend thinking and feeling wonderful, the more wonderful you will be. You become what you spend the most time thinking about.

Take charge of your life and live it fully and completely. What else is there? Life is to be enjoyed. Enjoy it. Do it for yourself! You will discover that by taking small steps in the right direction, though it may seem difficult at first, it becomes easier and easier. Whatever is worth doing is worth doing poorly at first. Just know it will seem awkward or uncomfortable at first and decide to see it through anyway.
You’ll get better at it and it will get easier and become a reliable and automatic habit if you do it repeatedly, correctly, consistently for long enough. Intensity is what supercharges your thoughts and your actions and tells your subconscious what to do. When you feel vibrantly positive and alive you can get through any hardship faster. When you celebrate and feel thankful and aren’t distracted by circumstances you excel. FEEL GOOD NOW because it makes all the difference in the world.
