“You may wonder why I return to the same themes again and again. Why I emphasize certain truths from different angles, why I repeat myself. There’s a reason. It isn’t filler, it isn’t oversight. It IS deliberate. Repetition is the mother of mastery. Without it, nothing truly sinks in, and nothing truly transforms. Think about it. How many times does an advertiser show you the same product before it becomes familiar?
How often must you see it or hear it before it feels like something you know, even if you’ve never touched it? They understand that people move toward what feels familiar.
