“Some habits to acquire that can make a profound difference in how you think, feel and behave. Put these into action and reap the benefits. You’ll experience so much more goodness, when you do!

Declutter your environment. You’ll feel better and think better with a nice clean space.

Eat healthy. Shop the perimeter of the market. Leave out packaged foods. Stop eating processed foods. Think 80/20 at a minimum. Eat mostly healthy foods if you won’t only eat healthy foods.

Drink healthy clean water. Avoid BPA’s in plastics and the chemical in tap water. Seek sources for clean, healthy water.

Walk outdoors an hour a day.  If you sit a lot, stand and move everything 20 minutes. Change what you see. Look out a window. Look far away whenever you stand and move. Love your eyes too.

Exercise. Start easy and slowly. Work your way into it pleasantly.

Rest and sleep well. Naps can be good. Sleep in cool darkness. No light. No electronics. Shut off electronics at least an hour before bed.

Keep your word. Do what you say you will. Stop procrastinating. Segment your tasks small enough they are easily completed.

Keep your word with others. Be on time. Add value to others. Your word is your bond.

Read inspirational material everyday. Listen to inspirational audios.

Be informed, but not a news junky. Uplift your thoughts. Let news go.

Hang around upbeat, positive, inspiring people who do what they say and are happy and successful.

Change Your Thoughts And You Transform Your Life

Spend time with family and friends. Quality and quantity time. Make the important people in your life important!

Learn to manage your mindset. Take charge of your thoughts and feelings. Be the captain of your ship and the master of your fate.

Express gratitude. Really feel it. Be enthused. Appreciation appreciates. Speak it out loud. Affirm it. Journal it. Enjoy it.

Become a lifelong learner. Take courses and workshops that help you be your best. Stay curious. Drop cynicism. Learn and love it.

Save money. Pay yourself first. Save or invest it wisely. It’s not about how much you earn but what you save and invest. Make your money work for you instead of you working for it.

Contribute to others. Time, money or energy. Give! Pay it back and pay it forward. Help and uplift others. Be compassionate and caring.

Value your time. You only have one life! Live it fully. Stop whining and complaining. Start celebrating you, the life you have and the people in it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
