“We weren’t born to work and strive. We were born to live and thrive. Working hard is a societal thing. That’s propagated by employers. That doesn’t mean we don’t effort or improve. We do. Nature and history provide us plenty of opportunity and examples of becoming better through discomfort and hardship. Innovation comes from disappointment with how things are that can be improved. Humans used effort to make things better.

THAT said, we are good enough. We don’t have to always be better. We don’t always have to work harder. We can. But, part of being better is appreciating who we are and loving ourselves as is with any ‘so-called’ flaws. Improvement ought to come from passion as creativity does. We don’t always need seek to do better or be the best. We can. But, we ought to understand we can enjoy life as is AND be better and best because we want to.

NOT because we have to or are told we must. Being good enough means I am awesome. The notion of constant and never ending improvement can be useful to guide us toward excellence. It doesn’t mean we ought never rest or accept where we are. It means not to be satisfied with a low standard. Accepting oneself doesn’t mean you can’t improve. It  means you recognize you are wonderful too. Some people take CANI too far.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Some don’t take it far enough. If you believe the garden of Eden allegory then we are here to enjoy life. We screwed that up by choosing knowledge over life. With that choice came hardship. SO what to do to make the best of it. Love yourself. More people could learn to embrace this. Practice self-love, self-respect and develop a healthy-image. Practice love and kindness toward yourself and ALL others. Learn acceptance.

Acceptance, AGAIN, doesn’t mean you can’t change things. It means you accept them as they are while working positively to make a difference. Accepting isn’t giving up but it is ending resistance. You can do something with anger or you can just do it. You need not be negative or hateful or hurtful to accomplish things. You can do things to get them done because that’s what needs to be done. Fighting it. Horrible self-talk, hating it doesn’t help.

Learn to love. Learn to enjoy. Learn to value. Learn to like. Learn to have fun. Learn to delight. Stop hating. Stop hurting. Stop criticizing. Stop excluding. Let’s discover how amazingly wonderful each of us are. Begin with yourself. Affirm yourself. Be appreciative. Feel grateful. Accept that everything you’ve gone through is to help you be better. You can be better or you can buckle. You can soar high or sink deep. Make the best choice.

DEVELOP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE, MINDSET AND BELIEFS TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Find love, tolerance, acceptance. Rise high. Everything can be for your good. If you don’t think it is, learn to reframe it. Don’t work extra hard, work smarter. Change is constant. Nothing is ever still. Use it to your advantage and to the advantage of all others. Seek the best. Leave your comfort zone but you don’t have to over do it.
