“Isn’t it amazing we really are all made from the same stardust. Everything is made from all the same atoms, arranged differently, vibrating at different frequencies. We’re the same as a tree, a desk, a computer, the moon at the most basic level, organized differently.

Researchers now tend toward the notion that everything is consciousness, not just humans. Pretty amazing! Whether you believe any of it or not, makes no difference. There are frames and useful ‘lies’ you can adopt to govern your life. I mean, why not?

That IS what we already do. We already believe frames and ‘lies’ and think they are true. Frankly, you can consciously choose to adopt any other ones you wish. I like this frame, this quote, this notion from Rumi. I don’t know whether it is true or not, and I do not care. Get it?

We are enlightened beings who have forgotten it. We will remember one day. We are all sleeping but we will awaken. We will return. It’s a frame that works for me. Perhaps, it works for you. Perhaps, not. Find one that uplifts you and moves you forward. Enjoy the journey and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
